Shit like this will not be tolerated on this website. A permanent ban for you and any future alias you come up with. Disgusting.36 points

Nope. They’re both the same. So called leaders creating laws they expect us to follow while ignoring them when they feel like it.14 points

What is wrong with some Rangers fans, they are absolute weirdos. Win a Scottish Cup semi against your rivals, any normal set of supporters would be delighted and having a celebration. Not them though, some of them are absolutely raging and three banned from here for trying to point score over the horror of child abuse. Honestly what the hell is wrong with them. Bloody morons.12 points

In England, face coverings are no longer mandated in most settings but the government does advise people should wear them in crowded indoor spaces with people that you don’t normally meet. For all intents and purposes, this is the same position that Scotland will be in just over 9 hours from now. Nicola Sturgeon attended an event that satisfies those three criteria. It was crowded, indoors and contained people that she doesn’t normally meet. That suggests that the UK government would advise her to wear a face covering in this scenario. Sturgeon chose not to do so, as is absolutely her right and personal choice. Nothing wrong with the fact she wasn’t wearing one. The issue is that she will very predictably be on the TV/social media in the coming days and weeks admonishing Scots when most inevitably ditch the masks. Sturgeon’s own behaviour proves that government guidance is not worth the paper it’s printed on, and I don’t want to hear Sturgeon criticising the majority of Scots who will exercise their legal right not to cover their face in the coming days and weeks.12 points

Given the songs that Rangers fans are singing today, it might be a good idea if they weren’t singing either.12 points

Politician in being out of touch shocker. If she's so convinced folk will wear masks when not forced to do so why didn't she have one on when in England. Still waiting on that adult conversation now I think about it.11 points

"Greenmachine" still droning on about a nothing win over Clyde about six months on. I was worried that we were now a diddy club but the extent of his hard-on shows that it was the best day of his life. Fair play!9 points

How come despite the bigotry, vile, flag shagging, tin foil hat wearing bullshit, Scott Arfield's salute celebration manages to be the cringyest thing associated with this game.9 points

I can’t overstate how disappointed I am in NS over all of this. The not wearing a mask in church the other day because ‘thems the rules’ shows she doesn’t really believe in her own policies she’s putting on all of us which I find frankly disgraceful. She’s had several opportunities to lift unnecessary laws. I kind of take it as a given that an incumbent government don’t want to impose laws on people unless it’s 100% absolutely necessary and yet here we are. Im still a supporter of Scottish independence because I think it’s bigger than one persons micro decisions but ffs I think she’s done some significant damage here.9 points

Clydebank easily beat Clyde. Clyde beat Alloa three times. Celtic hung on grimly to beat Alloa 2-1. Clydebank as such would easily defeat Celtic. Given Celtic and Dumbarton both narrowly beat Alloa at the Recs a contest between them would be too close to call. Welcome to Greenmachine's world.7 points

Miller winning 3 friendlies would count for f**k all. He was part of the previous regime who wasn’t up to it and should be emptied at the end of the season.7 points

Lewis & Harris League (Moldova Lewis Cup), Monday night at Garrabost. Point FC 3-2 Carloway FC. Point score almost from the kickoff and are expected to hammer unfancied Carloway (who lost 9-1 to Ness last time I saw them). However Carloway equalise on 20 mins and take a surprise lead after 50. Carloway look quite comfortable and have a late chance for 3-1, but disaster strikes as Point equalise on 88 minutes and everybody wonders how the extra time will work in the dark. Then Point get a contentious penalty in 96 mins. The keeper saves it but the rebound is knocked home for the winner.7 points

Predictably @welshbairn has leapt to her defence by repeating the “briefly” line the SNP statement put out. It’s similar to someone else in a leadership position being rightly vilified for “briefly” attending an illegal gathering but the fanatics on either side can’t see their own hypocrisy.6 points

Oh I’d say a good few times yet, and I very much look forward to spending the journeys to Bonnyrigg and Cowdenbeath reading hot takes from journos about the pyramid, and how Fraserburgh are looking to step up to senior football, and bits on former Highland League clubs to be playing in the SPFL, such as Inverness.6 points

I make that 13 home matches in a row since 2nd October in which we've failed to score more than one goal, 7 of which we have failed to score at all. By no means do I follow a Scottish Championship club on the premise of seeing weekly, swashbuckling attacking football, but for pure entertainment we must be the worst value season ticket in the country this season. The team are just outright boring to watch: two full-backs who can't cross the halfway line; an imbalanced and bang-average midfield with only one creative outlet in Tiffoney; and one halfway credible striker whose game is largely based on physical and aerial traits which he rarely gets the chance to demonstrate. This was all well and good when we could play with two physical strikers where the ball could stick up top and we could pose a threat from direct play and set-pieces, however Rudden's departure has laid the lack of creativity bare. You'd expect Smith and Turner should be able to contribute here, but we have failed to integrate them properly into the squad this season and when jokers like Alegria and Crawford are preferred substitutions today, it's hard to see how they won't be looking for a new club in the summer, and probably playing to a far higher standard for a rival than they have for us. It's hardly a disaster overall, as we will probably still cling onto 4th place like a stubborn dangleberry before getting pumped by ICT and this is about to expectations for our season - but this is a dreadful league and we did nothing in January to properly attack it. To be honest I'm more interested in a sustained and poisonous campaign to hound Jacqui Low out of the club than I am in the play-offs. There were a couple of half-hearted chants today: this needs to be escalated at the Dunfermline game to vitriolic 90-minute chants; intervals of naked streakers running on the pitch with 'GTF LOW' banners plugged up their arse and streaming behind; and any sort of ruffianly behaviour that others can think of.6 points

The shite journalism aside, It still amazes me how many people think that think if a certain decision went a certain way in a match then that definitely means the result would've changed.6 points

Worth mentioning how good Paterson has been since coming in. Among the top performers every week and I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect us to get in a left back better than McCann so soon but I think Paterson absolutely is that.6 points

Now almost 600 Jags fans have signed the open letter calling on Three Black Cats to get the fan ownership situation back on track. Phenomenal response.5 points

I ended up biting and replying to that one. Some of our fans are fucking idiots. To not agree on a player of the year award is one thing, but to go out your way and abuse the guy getting it on the official announcement (not even just suggesting who it should have been) is mind boggling.5 points

Genuinely worried that yesterday’s result will see a certain subsection of the fans want Miller as manager. I’d be curious to see if there’s an overlap between that group and the group of fans who didn’t want Hartley appointed *for just some reason*.5 points

Now the dust has settled a little, you can always appraise a performance a little better. We were organised out of possession and a huge threat in possession - we kept the ball well and won it back without Dunfermline getting near our goal. In the first half especially: O’Connor, Tomi and Murdoch were imperious. Muirhead, McGinty and Houston were all very good too and everyone else contributed. We saw a level of aggression from Houston in his defending that we only occasionally see, we need to see it far more regularly. The margins at this level can be horrible at times, Dunfermline didn’t have a clear cut chance until they were 2-1 up. Muirhead made one error of judgement in the entire game and was punished for it. McAdams didn’t have a save to make and then failed to save two routine ones. We didn’t deserve to lose, but we did - it happens. Continue to perform like that, with a little more luck and I imagine we would be fine. ETA, Bullen needs to have faith in that side for the rest of the season. The only slight tweak could be Ashford out left as he seems to offer far more there.5 points
