  1. Both negative. My wife is obviously the plague carrier, I've half a notion to horse her out into the garden shed and paint a red cross on the door. All joking aside, she's nearly recovered, the vaccine is obviously doing its job (Astra Zeneca).

  4. Yes, sort of an annual thing (well, 2 years, last year having been written off) which started when Burnley travelled to Aberdeen in the Europa League. Before all that, I've been to Berwick, QOTS, Hamilton, Celtic Park (Scotland vs Faroe Islands) and Stenhousemuir. On the Aberdeen trip, we did Arbroath, Aberdeen and Livingstonvs Berwick (at Linlithgow?!) Two years ago, it was Dundee United, St. Johnstone, Elgin (went up there for a couple of days) and Motherwell on the way back down. This year, Annan tomorrow, Montrose, then who knows - looking like Raith, East Fife, Dunfermline or Dundee on the Saturaay (wherever we can get tickets) and finally - hopefully - Rangers. I've not 100% written off the Hibernian game on Thursday yet, but I'm not expecting there to be any tickets left! Sorry, quite a long winded answer - I've done the 92 in England/Wales (although now have about 6-7 to visit to have the current lot), but I'm a fairly amatuer level obsessive, compared to some people out there!

  5. As someone who has had a family member die from the virus (grandmother caught it in a care home last April) this type of self-aggrandising post annoys me. Just who is Big Angela Bennett and why does she get to speak for the families of any deceased?

  10. I could live with the slavery and human rights issues. I won't go as it is on my list of places that people tell me I'd love, clearly having taken no notice of what I like and dislike for the last 40 odd years. "Oh you'd love it, the weather...I don't like it that hot. The shopping, designer labels...I don't buy that stuff. The service, 6 star...I hate staff hanging about me, I want peace. I know, but you'd love it...No I wouldn't, shut up."

  11. Bit of like-for-like analysis of day 1-50 of the 2nd and 3rd waves. I think it's fair to say that a wave of deaths even remotely close to mirroring the last wave simply isn't coming.

  16. Member of the JCVI called Adam Finn just on Radio Scotland there played a clip by Deepti talking about how we need to vaccinate kids due to all her usual hyperbolic bullshit and he repsponded absolutely destroying her. Saying she’s dangerous and a serious scientist would never talk in such language.

  19. I will always be a supporter of Ross County. I’ve seen them when they were absolute dog shite and I seen them lift the League Cup. And everything in between. I will still watch their games on TV and still want them to win. I will still read the forums, however I will not purchase anything from Ross County, be that PPV, merchandise or tickets for the game. I will not support them financially whilst Malky Mackay is there. Malky will be gone as soon as McGregor’s ego takes a battering week in week out. If Malky performs above expectation it will quickly be forgotten about, but as soon as he starts losing the pressure will build quite quickly on him and County. I am not convinced he will be a good appointment, as there is very little evidence to support this. The last time he did anything as a manager, Alex McLeish was still in top jobs in England.

  26. Fair enough if we were seeing him week in week out in Scotland, but i suspect nobody on here could really give a reliable verdict on Sheridan seeing as he's been playing out the country for years. Think this is a wait and see job. McPake and his staff have seen enough and after the seasons end we owe them some belief in their coaching abilities. Very confident of a good season right now. Thank you.

  31. I disagree. If we stream, it will hugely reduce the number of visiting fans. And it would also mean sacrificing potentially 4 entrance fees for a family 1 stream purchase. If anyone with technical knowledge it's also easy to share 1 legit broadcast to many.

  34. If you get there early enough you can park on the part of Paisley Road West that is the bridge over the M8. However, speaking of Paisley, stay on the M8 for a few more miles, get off at J29 and come to St. Mirren Park instead. Your children will be spared the shock of hearing grown men shouting that they want to fornicate with The Pontiff.
