Felt sympathy with Hearts, Partick and Stranraer as it was bad luck to be bottom when the music stopped same for Falkirk who we were lucky to be a point ahead of. However Hearts and Partick couldn’t accept it and dragged ourselves Dundee Utd and Cove into this at legal cost to our clubs while being shite bags in not naming Celtic too, classic picking on the wee guys bullying tactics. Even if they're just debating the next step legalwise, they could easily put out an anodyne 'We note with disappointment the Arbitration hearing result and we're taking legal advice for the next step to be taken'. The longer this goes on, the more it looks like nobody with the authority to put out a statement is available. I have to admit, I thought there would be some kind of sweetener but the medicine is bitter and cold. Wow. This is up there with Rangers liquidation on the banter scales. Truly historic. Not to generalise too much, but the folk I've seen on my social media who have booked for Ibiza and Marbella are the same folk who were piling 25 folk into gardens, going to "Big Licks" for ice cream five nights a week and driving 60 miles to walk up hills, all while the R rate was through the roof and 1,000 folk a day were dying in the UK.

Intrigued to see the reaction of Tom English to this. He backed the wrong horse from the start, continued to double down at every turn and completely trashed his credibility in Scotland. The findings today make a mockery of his stance the entire way through. He surely doesn't have anywhere to go now other than admit he was wrong.

Dear Neil Doncaster Over the past few years I, in common with all other Scottish football fans, have made certain statements regarding the SPFL governance that may have been somewhat misconstrued. Forum posts and social media tweets such as 'FFS, can the SPFL dig their tongues any further into Dave King's colon?' and 'Go back to conveyancing in Taunton you useless Cornish cockwomble' may have given the erroneous impression that we thought that the SPFL were a gang of third rate merchant school rugby blazers who couldn't be trusted to run a whist drive in a care home, let alone a professional sporting competition. Nothing could be further from the truth. We would like to clarify that the current SPFL governance team are exemplars of probity and sporting integrity, whose decisonmaking skills are unparalleled in modern football organization, and that the Scottish league system will no doubt continue to be in safe hands for years to come. We are happy to set the record straight and apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
