  1. I don't really follow Gen Nonsense anymore, but here's a drawing of a zombie Jim Duffy carrying the severed head of Jim McIntyre. I hope this satisfies you. Thank you.

  2. I posted this elsewhere, but thought it might be worth popping it here too, since it’s Dee related. A nice drawing I did of a zombie Jim Duffy parading the severed head of hated DAB Jim ‘Shambles’ McIntyre. F*ck Jim McIntyre, f**k Dundee United and f**k Arbroath. 6-0 today, please. Thank you.

  3. Our club has been gently going backwards for a number of years as the joy of reaching 3 Scottish cup finals in 18 Golden years raised the hopes for a full generation of fans, who began to believe this was normal for a Bairn. The older generation obviously had seen different days but you can't blame anybody for dreaming and expectation levels to rise to a new level. However, the pain of 3 defeats in these finals, especially the ICT one, combined with the demise of Brockville which has been replaced with the lesser intimidating TFS and owners who have made bad decision after bad decision has ripped the heart from our club. All of these decisions and the appointment of a number of defensive minded managers have all added to the mess we have become. We can only hope that we can get out of this league at the first attempt, the MSG sell to the correct person/people and we begin to move forward and fulfill our potential. The positive is that the unbelievable loyalty shown by Bairns fans gives us some hope for the future. Think it's time all fans pulled in the same direction and pray everything on and off the park works out for the best.

  4. It’s actually frightening how many personal issues are aired between a lot of Falkirk fans on P&B. Everyone claims to have the best interest of the club we love as their number 1 priority but can’t wait to insult a fellow fan. Is this really what has become of our fan base ?? I don’t post nearly as much as I used to as I am totally disillusioned with what’s happening but seriously guys you need to stop the feuds and insults. It’s not good.

  5. The highlights are edited and will be up on the Rovers' website at midnight. We also had the luxury of extra camera angles for all of the goals today. Very entertaining game I thought. See you next week for some chocolately covered wafer action.

  8. Man sues P&B for turning him spotty. According to the complaint, the first red dot arrived with a note saying: "Don't judge until you try". "I thought, in truth, how can I judge something without trying? I decided to try red dotting myself," the complainant wrote. "Now I have a face of red dots and I do not know how to explain this to my parents." He adds that his "life has been changed for the worse" and he "will never become normal again". P&B "pushed" him "towards red dots through manipulation", he claims. The victim, clearly upset, did not want to reveal his identity due the fear of repercussions.

  10. What you are actually asking for there, is the people of Scotland being told they are not getting another referendum, despite repeatedly and strongly backing parties who campaign on a manifesto promise to seek one. See, fannies like you like to just tag Sturgeons name to things, but anither referendum is not, and will not be requested, FOR Nicola Sturgeon. It will be done by her because the people of Scotland pass that mandate to her. So you can wail about it all you want. You can use your vote to stand against it, but your hope that it is dismissed so easily by Westminster marks you as an utter fanny who is happy to see the democratic will of Scotlands people dismissed out of hand.

  11. Jeezo, what do you want them to do you, explicitly rip the pish out of members of the public on national TV? They've done songs for a variety of teams playing in the SPFL. Celtic are a team in the SPFL. The whole point of the clubs in Europe debate was to present conflicting viewpoints. They're treating the Old Firm like any other club in the structure. That's exactly what we should be looking for - parity. Just because they aren't routinely panning Rangers and Celtic doesn't mean they're pandering to suit a 'mainstream' agenda, as you are alluding to.

  12. Not something that bothers me particularly, but there is also an element of hypocrisy in that people seem to often get worked up when OF flags with their town's name on them turn up at games. Dundee Loyal etc. Hard to see much of a difference between that and the Alloa Arabs. Anyway, glad you had a good view of the action.

  13. Enjoyed that. I thought the 1st half performance was a little step up from what we've done so far - we moved the ball well, looked like we had a game plan and should probably have been at least another goal up at the break - so pleasing to see us developing as time goes on. We made heavy weather of it for 20 mins in the 2nd half but got a bit of control back before we scored the 2nd. I'm mentioning them every week - but the level of performance and consistency from Campbell and Polworth is really impressive - on current levels, they are as good as any midfielders I've seen this season. Maguire had a really good game I thought (despite a few mistakes) in what (I think) was his first league start in midfield and it's really heartening to see us using more of our young players to fill gaps as needed. Scott's goal was a fucking peach and on today's evidence, only a really good finish would have got past St Mirren's keeper who was fantastic I thought. St Mirren on the whole looked decent and competitive but as billed were utterly toothless up front - I think a better attacking team would have punished us during our poor spell. We're clear in 3rd in the league, a full 12 points off the bottom team and looking like we're getting better - our start to the season has been upgraded to Fucking Outstanding.

  14. Ahh, a good weekend if I may say so in my opinion. The DAB'S humiliated last night for all to see and chuckle, three points comfortably secured today for The Dark Blues and my good lady's Mighty Potters secure a win at Swansea. Quality aged malt the order of the day I reckon. Best regards

  16. What a fucking bizarre and quite disturbing thing to post. Of course the latter isn't quite as sad or as important as the former but the two aren't connected nor comparable, to use one to play down the other is plain weird. Regardless of Loris's job or salary fact is, it was a terrible looking injury the guy suffered, bringing up the death of children in juxtaposition with it is strange and downright creepy truth be told.

  17. I'm genuinely astonished at some of these posts/ opinions of ICT fans. We really need to break this down to basics. At the start of every season, usually boards set a budget for the manager that they can afford. Kenny Cameron - who apparently is at fault for this years budget being completely unsustainable, resigned as chairman post relegation in 2017. This means this is the third budget that has been set by a new chairman/ board, and it's the third one to make a large loss? I can fully understand previous debts being previous chairmans fault, and it sounds a total shambles the contracts that were chucked about, but we're not talking about debts here or contracts from 3/4 years ago are we? Kenny Cameron is an irrelevance to any discussion about the budget for this season/ the current problems unless a - there is a large debt he left with interest being paid on it or b - players are somehow still here that were signed on big money or are still being paid off in the background. He also didn't set a budget for the year which see's you somehow need 250k to get through to end of the season. Who miscalculated that so badly, and why are they not being given a seriously hard time? If our chairman got our budget/ outgoings so drastically wrong I'd be pretty pissed off to say the least. Some of this is quite incredible stuff. Kenny Cameron didn't decide the club should invest 485k this year in the youth team. He left his position in 2017 - over 2 years ago now. I guess you might be somehow getting losses and debts mixed up? The last part is frankly Rangers 2012 levels of shite. Remember when they tried to sign Daniel Cousin weeks prior to going into admin, and there was a load of 'it's only X per week, not making a huge difference'?. Having a 'ach we're fucked anyway so lets just spunk even more cash and chuck half a mil at the youths in the hope that works out' is maybe, maybe why you're making losses year upon year?! Happy to be corrected here if there's something I'm massively missing?

  18. Have to say, we've come on leaps and bounds since the East Fife game. This time last season, we were four points behind Arbroath thanks to a last gasp goal from Nisbet in McGlynn's second game back. We've got two more points this time around. But it feels like we're turning a corner under McGlynn. He's taken a lot of flak over the last year, but McGlynn deserves some credit for his recruitment. Grant Anderson has been an astute signing who has performed better than a lot of people expected. McGurn has had a few mistakes, but absolutely kept us in the game with that save in the first half today. The fans and McGlynn were a huge factor in Regan coming back in. McDonald, Miller and Spencer have all been fantastic so far this season - Miller in particular has popped up with numerous goals and seems to be on the up after a torrid time with injuries. Obviously it hasn't worked out with Mendy and Victoria as of yet, and even then Joao has been plagued by injuries. But his recruitment during the autumn has been brilliant. Gullan adds a physical presence and seems happy to run at defences. Steven Anderson has been a revelation and completely changed the complexion of our defence. We've gone from having two shakey centre backs, to three players who look solid together while bringing out the best in McDonald and Miller. Baird has given us options up top and will likely be bled into the team with Allan possibly getting phased out. And then you add in Danny Armstrong who looked like he'd never left. Hopefully the lad can have a bit of reassurance he'll get game time and get back to playing as we know he can. Without going all 'Good feeling at Cappielow', I've enjoyed watching us over the last few weeks. The team seem to have a bit more belief and have the McGlynn mentality that was missing last season. We've got rid of the likes of Flanagan, Barjonas, Wedderburn and Gillespie to replace them with players who seem happy to put a shift in. It'll be a long winter, and we'll probably watch as key players rupture their cruciates. But certainly compared to the squad we had last season, I'm far happier. It's just a shame we can't add Vaughan into the mix. I'd be happy if we started away to Clyde with the same 4-4-2 as we finished today's game with.

  19. Great team performance perhaps not at our best but 3 points clean sheet clear chances in the second half to win by a greater margin. Delighted to see that the well deserved Manager & Player of he month awards to Gary & Mango respectively didn't prove to be the curse it can often be. Hamilton was again immense today not a foot wrong Robbie Buchanan too. Overall the whole team put in a real shift. Nice to see Kevin Dabrowski come to watch as he recovers a great welcome personally and the reaction from his team mates says it all about him and the overall ream spirit & dressing room. Delighted to see Coxy score the winner and see the reaction he got from his team members and fans at the final whistle a key part of the jigsaw that is the current squad who always gives 110% and the fans need to respond in kind. Finally we received excellent feed back on the hospitality & sponsorship groups today something we are looking to grow & develop a big thanks to all the volunteers who made this happen behind the scenes a special thanks to @Cowden316 rolling up his sleeves ehen we were really short handed and helping start to finish really apprecaited. We have a team and togethernness on the park and I can see the connectivity with the fans growing game by game lets keep it going & see where we get too, but most importantly lets make sure we get behind the players fully when its not going so well that's what will matters we have a great loyal vocal fan base lets use this to best effect. 25. Totally agree with your most recent post. Always enjoyed a wee P&B fix and there were/are some genuinely fantastic posters offering some excellent perspectives. Particularly round the end of the Houston era, I thought the discussions then were pretty robust but often thought provoking and always felt there was a sense of authenticity about them. Although I often didn’t necessarily agree with some things said, the debates were largely positive, humorous and never nasty. Recently it has become almost unreadable as you have to wade through the utter garbage to stumble across the odd salient point or discussion. For me this largely due to the number of trolls that have appeared and have amazingly been entertained and this has created a race to the bottom. I’ve found myself being exacerbated by one or two of the better posters that have got caught up in bullshit and now I struggle to look beyond anything other than that. A fresh start for me today, a new positive approach and ‘let’s make this thread great again!’

  27. Helped me? Given me more hassle and grief over the years! Joking aside supporting a smaller club gives you more of a sense of belonging than a big team would. As a kid, it probably introduced me into a man's world and what being around adults was like. Over my life there's been times I've missed out through finances, work, relationships or simply losing interest. However EF are still there, always welcoming you back, as if nothing ever happened. When I first went in 1984, it was my dad taking me. Now it's me taking him, the baton has been passed & now I take my son, & unless she changes her mind, today will be my daughter's first experience. I always feel a sense of guilt if I don't go without good reason, especially these last couple of seasons. It may well be that EF won't be around forever but we, as fans are guardians of our game and hopefully they'll still be here to enjoy long after I'm gone. I don't long for a rich sheik to come along and turn us into champions league contenders, I just want my club to continue and provide these small, infrequent bouts of happiness and memories for years to come.

  29. Are you joking? We couldn't have tried to "hold on" any more if we had tried. That's why we lost. "Reactionary shite posted on here" levels of arse licking here God forgive anyone shows some emotion after a big game which you followed on your phone. Raith are quite entitled to get it right up us after that. No amount of "small time" or "seethe" or any other made up football forum bullshit will compensate for how they feel compared to us.

  31. Talbot deserved their win today. Pollok played like they had never heard of Talbot before today. Goals we lost were typical of the current Talbot side. Don’t defend corners and give your big CH too much space, rash challenges giving Shankland the chance from Free kicks, and then giving Pope all the time to put another in the top corner. A bit more fight from us second half and Duff and Fordes chances might have made it a bit closer, but to be honest didn’t deserve anything. Hopefully we can keep in a league race so when Talbot come to Newlandsfield we can have something to play for.

  33. Couldn't fault a single performance today. The game was never in doubt after Declan McDaid's 2nd. A combination of Shankland FC peaking too early and James McPake lulling them into a false sense of security should see the title wrapped up by April and the last derby of the season being a mere formality with 84 dabs in attendance at Dens.
