Here’s my wee pal Heidi. Spends most of her time sitting in the sink for some reason but she’s good fun.8 points

Bad times this morning on the train; bank of three seats with me at the window and a guy on the outside. At Mount Florida, a 20+ stone womanquake got on and headed straight for the empty seat. Surely she realised she wouldn't fit in the space between us? Nope...she impacted into it like an asteroid causing a mass extinction. I ended up against the window like a bluebottle hit by a newspaper, and the poor guy on the outside was left hanging on by about half a cheek.7 points

F*ck sake, calm down. You’re actually off your head, Ludo. Today was awful, but I really dunno how you can draw that comparison. You really must have a short memory. To remind you; we were in a pathetic state at the start of this season, largely thanks to Hartleys mismanagement. Nelms gave him a wedge of money that was pissed against a wall. McCann has (at least) cleared out the majority of the dead-wood, replaced it with better players and started playing better football. Plus got us a record fee from a play that’s been here for half a season (who cost us nothing). The league is harder, money is tighter and he deserves our support IMO. In short; get a fucking grip.5 points

Couldn't give a f**k about Hendry anymore tbh. Nothin against him, just don't really care about players who don't play for Dundee.5 points

Yeah wasnt questioning how well the club was ran as a whole given the financial trouble Partick have had in the past this board seem much more switched on. I also quite like the fact that your benefactors dont seem to want to hog the limelight at all and that their money is being spent on infrastructure rather than a flash looking squad for a few seasons.4 points

It used to be about the pools money. Being in the 'Leagues' meant you would appear on the Littlewoods coupon. Now it's as much about Soccer Saturday on Sky. They don't give scores for the Lowland League, occasionally chuck in a Highland League result. Clubs are fearful their national exposure will be diminished by regionalisation, thus affecting sponsorship.3 points

Totally accept his frustration. Totally don`t get his need to run to the gutter press to undermine Naysmith. Really poor from a guy who has been a great servant to us but should respect how good we have been for him.3 points

To be fair, if it was a question of him or Dykes playing up front, I'd probably want to know which leg had been amputated before expressing a preference.3 points

Give it up please & get behind the manager and the squad, l Am almost sure Del knew when he signed for his testimonial year he wouldn't be a guaranteed starter every week and that would have been made clear when he signed.3 points

It's 'trickle down' in the sense of urine down an alky's leg. Not needed or pleasant for those at the foot.2 points

We are currently on 51 points and averaging 2 points a game with 13 games left to play. United are on 40 points with 14 to play. If we keep this going we could finish on 77 points. If United win every game they will finish on 82. That shows you just how difficult a task it is for United to catch us as they can't afford more than a handful of defeats. I have a feeling United will drop something at Inverness today assuming the game goes ahead. If it doesn't then it will be two very difficult midweek away trips to Dumfries and Inverness something they won't want. Let's hope we keep going well and picking up the results starting today against a good but at times inconsistent Queens side. It's going to be tough but I am sure there will be a few goals in this game today. A great time to be a buddie.2 points

He should do a craven U turn like Kheredine Issedane and tweet ‘contrary to what I was informed by my own ears and brain, the Rangers fans were not singing about being up to their knees in blood that day. I apologise for the distress my report has caused’2 points

So the Morton game is three days after the Irn Bru cup semi. Do they want our teams to be successful in Europe?2 points

Lyle could get his leg amputated and 'Nithsdale Wanderer' would still be writing a dissertation about why Naysmith should be playing him.2 points

If only you had started with this bit it would have saved me reading the rest. Dobbie remains an exceptional talent at this level. Lyle still has something to offer, something publically acknowledged by our manager. The notion that Lyle has been badly treated is IMHO just nonsense. A fine player for us who has rather sadly chosen to bleat to the gutter press about how he has been treated.2 points

If a new club have taken umbrage at something one of your employees wrote, and you back your employee, you are quite right to refuse to bow to said new club's demands. The shame of course, is the simpering, if you will, "sooky" way all matters Sevconian are treated by the BBC. It should be "You don't want us there? Fine." And black them out totally.2 points

Oh, this is a good one. Specifically focusing on the 'trickle down' argument, please explain how exactly having Celtic and Rangers B teams in League Two will lead to the players who are released by Celtic and Rangers once they become too old for those B teams being better players than they would be under the current loan system. I've already raised the example of Jamie Lindsay recently in this thread. I'll add Ryan Hardie, Tom Walsh, Joe Thomson, Paul McMullan. All of these players have been or currently are on loan to Championship clubs from Rangers or Celtic in the last two seasons. Currently, when players like that who aren't good enough to make it to the first team at Celtic or Rangers are released, Championship clubs can pick them up as players who already have a season or two of experience at Championship level. If there are B Teams in the league, then at the time they're released they'll never have played at a higher level than League Two. In what bizarre parallel universe will that make them better players or more likely to succeed for clubs in the lower leagues than they are currently? You're seriously trying to argue that playing in League Two is better for a player's development than playing in the Championship. This is blatantly utter nonsense. All it's going to do for players who are capable of performing at a higher level than League Two is hold them back and deny them the opportunity to test themselves at a higher level like the Championship. It's bad for the players who don't get the chance to progress by playing at a higher level, and it's bad for Championship and League One clubs who have a source of signings cut off - this in addition to the fact that their own youth systems will already have been restricted by Celtic and Rangers hoarding even more youngsters than they already do. Please either directly address these points in an attempt to justify your position, or hold your hands up and admit that you're talking complete bollocks because you don't have a clue about either youth development or the lower leagues.2 points
