  1. Wish Bob all the best. Hope he can find a fulltime club as there isn't a great deal below us. Leahy will be well suited to League 1, probably his level. Hope Aird works in some shitty *** pub for the rest of his working life.

  2. So how come you know so much about dick Campbell's whereabouts? You his wife or something? Is that him away to Spain for another go on the karaoke? Honestly just fucking shut up about dick fucking Campbell ya arsehole.

  3. Luke Leahy is a top boy, a sound guy who also worked hard to get into the team and stay there having kept the bench warm for his first two years here. Genuinely wish him well. McHugh will never be rated as one of the greatest strikers we've ever had but he was the cause of the biggest #scenes we've had since our move to TFS and one of the best nights I've had as a Falkirk fan and that's what he'll be remembered for so hope he gets a decent gig too.

  4. That COYB Facebook page is doing my fucking box in. Full of absolute idiots who don't care about our results or what league we're playing in, as long as they get a couple of hours out the house on a Saturday. Their stock response to someone wanting Falkirk to do better than they have been is "what a glory hunter support the team COYB". It's genuinely saddening.

  7. Absolutely delighted to see the back of Fraser Aird, though. Bluebell(end) from the first breath to the last.

  8. We’ve reached our new low point. Arguing over where Dick Campbell is. As for any potential appointment of him…very wrong move for both parties. The shortest of short term measures. If we failed to win promotion and still had Dick Campbell in charge, f**k knows where we’d go from there.

  10. Blair's a friend of mine (he's from Cumbernauld originally and is a fellow Clyde fan) so I'm delighted to see him get some minutes for you guys. He played in the Clyde fans vs fans game a few years back, just before he signed for Partick Thistle, and he absolutely humiliated everyone else. He's a really nice guy into the bargain as well. Best of luck to you guys for next season.

  12. Not signing anyone from Reading again is probably a good policy to put in place going forward too.

  16. Whether its two right or two left neither is ideal. I cant help feeling that since last close season we've not really progressed at all. Back then we needed to sort out a right back, right sided mid and get a decent balance in the middle of the park. Here we are a year on and has anything really changed? We've still got Muirhead at right back. Right mid is still not nailed down. Craigen should be playing centre mid, Aird hardly got a kick and although Mckee played well when he was fit hes not our player at this current point in time. Centre mid is also still up in the air. Craigen after recent performances should take one of the places but we still need a decent physical player along side him in my opinion with either Taiwo or Kerr as back up. Add to these issues the need for a quality striker to partner Austin and a back up left back and we've perhaps got more issues needing resolved this close season than last. Certainly if we are to have any chance of going up next season these issues need resolved and we cant still be facing them in a years time which means our recruitment this season needs to be a million times better.

  20. Belated congrats to our chums down the road on clinching the league title (again). Been away a while so missed the last game of your season. Seriously I hope you do well in L1 and that we can join you a year later. No animosity here, just on the pitch when we play each other.

  31. It is a typical middle-class trope. How can you explain the rise of the SNP in Scotland? Well, the working-class patently isn't intelligent enough to vote rationally, so they must be voting with their heart rather than their head; as a result, you have this baseless crowing about the rise of 'identity politics' from Tories (like it hasn't been a thing in politics for, well, pretty much forever) - and some Labour people - in Scotland despite there being very little concrete evidence that a rise in nationalist sentiment is responsible for the recent electoral growth of the SNP. But it is much easier to conclude that nobody sensible or rational would vote for them. More often than not, this sort of analysis is merely a smokescreen for social prejudice and stereotyping. These same people will very rarely - if ever - complain about 'identity politics' producing a big vote for the Tories in largely middle-class communities and constituencies, though. Or unionist parties in Scotland now being brazenly appealing to voters' national identities and constitutional positions like never before. Funny thing, that.

  32. Pippa Middleton's husband looks like the smuggest and most snooty w****r i have ever laid eyes on. I have absolutely no background information on him whatsoever and i have only seen him once but I'm almost certain he is just a rich snooty fucker who has inherited about a billion pounds off his arsehole father. I hope he gets eaten by a shark on his honeymoon.

  33. 10p lucky 63 with tips from myracing.com yesterday. Checked it before the last race with 4 big prices winners. Cashed out £15k rather than let it run for £98k. Last horse came 7th. £12.60 on. £15k back. The stuff of dreams.

  34. I've never really got the whole Craig Samson thing. Seems to be rated by pundits, and the media, but not by fans of the clubs he's played for. Has a nasty habit of pushing the ball right to the feet of strikers. There are far better 'keepers in this league already imo.
