  1. Not just Scottish football. I'd say Scotland as a whole.

  2. And the fat c**t had the cheek to moan about being kicked when he was l down, and yet not an ounce of humility was shown to all the people they kicked on the way down. Rangers, never such a disgusting institution have we had the misfortune to encounter in Scottish Football.

  3. “I was a Rangers fan and I employed six others to work there but they lost their jobs too." While they have been complaining about being treated harshly from the SFA, boasting about being debt free and spending a fortune on players and wages, they forget the above is the consequences, people lost jobs they owed money too. Not one shred of humility over the entire affair, and they will be reminded everyday they are a new club and the embarrassment of how the old club died. They have no right to cry over it feeling they have been victimised, when the real victims are be people they screwed over and put on he dole queue

  6. It's actually Steven Ward videography but I'll let you off. It's my brother that does it all. Doesn't get help from anyone. He films it, edits it, does the voice overs "you're watching Raith TV" etc. He works extremely hard to give everyone the best possible experience for watching Rovers highlights. Easily a credit to the club, and recieves little in return. He does all this with a full time job as well.

  7. Unleash the Nade has posted his recipe in here a few times and it's probably the most popular recipe that's ever been on here. If you go right back to the beginning and start looking from there you should find it easily enough. It wasn't too far in that he posted it the first time, I'm sure.

  13. hahaha - couldn't be ersed looking back - My humblest apologies to STEVEN. I hope he at least gets recognition from sites that use his stuff, if not a wee contribution to his expenses as well ? Time to stick a wee constant logo in the bottom corner and get the name out there. We are VERY fortunate to have him.

  17. I usually find the best way to view the highlights is to hover over the video then click the 'Youtube' tag in the top right hand corner. Seems to load and play better for me that way.

  20. Would just like to compliment the guys who put together the highlights package that we see on the site - Mike Ward Videography. Really well put together, good use of graphics and slow-motion capture too. It really is up there with the best I've seen. Great work lads.

  23. It will be like closing an old pub when this thread is closed. There will be a few 'refugees' / regulars wandering around this forum completely lost not knowing what to do or which pub/thread to take up residence. Its a bit like what would happen on Still Game if the 'Clansman' shut its doors.

  24. I think people are a bit too attached to what they want Doctor Who to be, and what it is right now. In terms of the Time War, I would say yes, I probably would not have liked it to be backtracked, even though they have managed to keep it closed off, give or take the odd drop fairly well for the most part. The thing is with a show with such longevity, the Time War whether you want it to or not was always going to be brought back into the mix, because one day, whether it was this year or in five years time, it always was going to be revisited as you can only really keep the ideas churning for so long before things start becoming a bit stale. Right now, Moffat and Davies has managed to use the formula of making the assistants a lot more prominent, but even now with Jenna-Louise you kind of feel that as much as you love her (and I really do), the whole plot feels familiar. Having the TimeLords may take away the uniqueness to his character, but having many other TimeLords and conflicts with his own people could really bring a fresh touch to the modern era, especially with the Daleks and Cybermen being inserted into the mix more often than I'm comfortable with. Bringing the Time War back into it might have arguably have been too early granted (in ten years time I can imagine the ever continuing improvement in CGI making this look a more comfortable fit for Gallifrey), maybe looking towards in two years before I would have thought about accelerating it back into the mix, but Moffat has done the smart thing again, opening the door very early while managing to keep it fairly locked away for another year when Capaldi will get his look in (not gonna, I flipped when I saw him). You also have to factor in the fact that this was the 50th anniversary, and to have done something less relevant would have certainly felt like a f**k you to the fans. On the Doctor finding absolution again, I can totally agree with what people are saying, but his moral ambiguity has always been something of a rollercoaster, whether it was becoming too big a name for his own good and disappearing back into the shadows, or when he was banished to earth only to return crowned President of the Timelords. You also need to remember that this is at the end of the day, a family show and as much I want The Doctor to be the most interesting, mysterious man with a mean streak possible, they still have to an extent make him family friendly. For people that still think him clean as a whistle are quick to forget when he left the alternate older Amy Pond to die and that was as dirty as I've seen him be. FWIW, I enjoyed what I saw, and it certainly convinced me that Tennant was certainly at his best under Moffat written stories, even Hurt managing to eclipse Smith at points. Having Hurt in did make me release just how young and a bit animated our latest Doctors have been, so if anything I feel like it will aid in making the transistion to Capaldi more gratifying, because it feels like it is the right time to shake things up with Smith, as good as he has been at times. Having Baker in there was pointless. In fact I was convinced that he wasn't even aware of where he was, or what he has saying at that moment.

  34. I'm sure I've been through Drummore and I'm surprised the locals didn't start worshipping the strange gift from the gods... my fav headline ever, from the Midlothian Advertiser "SANTA STONED BY ROSEWELL MOB". basically there used to be a parade at Christmas time when Santa would go round Midlothian towns in his sled on a float and some neds through stones at him in Rosewell. Our lovely rivals from Rosewell, Whitehill Welfare FC, were nicknamed the "Santa Stoners" for a wee while after that..

  35. What a post of pish there BWM ???, you clearly did not ever read the association rules books did you !. On the 14 of June 1012 Rangers FC had neither a stadium or facilities, nor did they have any staff and lastly neither did it have any players !, now describe to me how you can call it a club when there are only two administrators and a huge pile of paperwork dating back to the 19th century ?. The rules state for a club to be known as a club means it has to have a stadium to be able to fulfil all it's fixtures with properly registered players and a board and staff to run the facilities as well maintain it. Now what did the club have for it to be called a club ?, all it was was a pile of paperwork including some licences that under normal circumstances would have been instantly revoked because it is no longer by the associations considered a club as defined within the rules. And if you still want to argue it then tell me what exactly was the club when it lost everything in a fire sale to settle it's debts ?, do describe what represented Rangers being a club in the hands of the administrators will you ?.

  37. It's not like we've been shouting about the conflict of interest since Febuary, is it? Seems to me that Criagy the conman has been conned by even bigger conmen and is now panicking incase BDO go after him alone. I'd jail the lot of them.

  39. No, I mocked it. It was puerile. And despite your stricken and continued attempts at digression - we arrived here because you decided that another salvo of P&B amateur psychology nonsense was the appropriate response to discussions on the very great LNS ruling; that no titles could be stripped. Because no sporting advantage was gained. And why is it upsetting you at all we ask - because they could not then be handed on a plate to 'RA sulk of course. That, after all, was the plan - hence Liewell's publicly declared disappointment on behalf of rasulk. Bless...

  40. As an occasional watcher my problem with Doctor Who is that it so often slides into a panto tone with constant knowing winks to the audience and hamming it up. Watching that episode tonight I thought there were some great ideas in there e.g. that a picture may contain a frozen world, but there was too much silliness to establish any proper dramatic tension. I suppose that is a bit harsh given that it's a kids show, but I still don't think that's an excuse for overdoing the comedic at the expense of the dramatic. Maybe Capaldi will help - should be miles better than Matt Smith who was shown up by Hurt and Tennant.
