  7. Bell conceded 3 early first half goals in the Painters & Decorators league ?,how does that equate to a national call up . Back on topic !,me thinks that King's knob is being sucked 24/7 by the two remaining Inter's board members to part with a cash investment into the club to keep the club cash solvent on what should be Wonga rates because the institutional investors shares cannot be diluted. This would then mean the club will be paying off to King what can only be seen as the interest rate only each year so that King will make a nice tidy sum of money out of the club year in and year out whilst the initial cash he loaned the club will always be the same. I'm guessing here but King's involvement looks like to be a cash loan only to aid the clubs impending financial woes and if King doesn't invest and no other mug will either then it's back to selling the assets on leaseback .

  13. Hi bullywee, I too have had this problem, but have been able to get around it by employing tally mark tattoos on my chest. Thankfully since I lift extensively my chest is fucking massive. Regards, Marshy

  24. As ever people completely overlooking the fact that most medium-to-large Scottish towns are much of a muchness - there's not much to do, some shite parts, some really nice parts, and crime isn't really a big deal. The worst places to live are schemes either within cities or on the outskirts (Possilpark, Parkhead, Ferguslie, Niddrie) or shitey inbred villages in the arse end of nowhere with no escape (Fallin, High Valleyfield, Merkinch, Shortlees, Newton Stewart, etc). Other than that it's all one big cockwaving contest. "We've got a new cinema", "aye but we've got a bowling alley", "your high street is shite", etc.

  29. It's quite simple, they just buy in players they know that will do a job rather than find emerging talent because ra bears are so used to spunking millions on ready made players to dominate the opposition. It's a business model they have used for years and the fact they didn't give the youngsters their spot in the limelight to shine and win the old SFL 3rd division just proves they can't be bothered developing the youth into first team players.

  30. Absolutely not. Theres nothing to be gained from this cup, other than the possibility of a "money spinning" tie. If I had to pick which game to win it would be the league, no question.

  35. Without wanting to derail what is, IMO, one of the best threads ever on the internet, I feel I should explain my post to you m8. St Johnstone fans, by their very nature, are farmers. This isn't dece, it's doss if anything. As far as I go, I'm extremely attractive, I work out, eat right, pull 8' and 9's regularly, have a good income and like protein. #unlucks

  36. Hi all, Just a quick check in before the Vegas trip next month. It seems I've misplaced my diary (doh!), and I've forgotten the dates which we'd booked up for. Am I correct in saying we will be there for Eric Prydz on 1st November at XS at the Wynn? Hopefully he plays (some) M.S.B.O.Y. Please could someone check and advise on this. Regards, Marshy

  40. Too right the thread's gone downhill, but the Summer of Sevco petered out after they got clearance to play. Once actual football started again, there wasn't as much space on the back pages for wild speculation (which is meat and drink on here). So, as Tedi says, the whole thing's been limping on for a while now (since, oh, the back end of July). After yesterday's sighting of the Swivel-eyed conman and Charlie committing himself to a Prospectus, things could well be on the move again, and not before time! Roll on the juicy dissection of the oldco/newco/histroy/titles/liquidation mess, it's going to be fun again. To be honest, I think you're being a bit harsh on Youngsy, who will pick posts apart and post robust rebuttals detailing his views. I'd give his place in the Blue team to Bendarroch who, with Tedi, acts as cheerleader for every insulting and supercilious post Bennett makes. Dhens and Dave have been good posters for a while, but have been drawn into the exchanges with the Three Amigos through their sheer persistent lying and inability (or refusal) to comprehend basic English. Quality HAS been at a premium for a while, but without the above named and me, HB, Itwiznaeme and a couple of others, the thread might well have died on its arse weeks ago. For myself, I apologise if you're fed up with seeing me around (there is an ignore function), but I ain't going nowhere. I still enjoy the cut & thrust with reasoned posters, and put up with the Amigos as a necessary evil. Namecalling and accusations? Playground stuff? Fair enough, but in my defence I think I'm just guilty of ignoring my Father's advice, imparted many years ago but still relevant: "Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level and beat you to death with experience.
