  5. Wonderful. I seldom 'engage' in dialogue with the literary flag wavers and sneermongers of this forum due to their unhinged myopia, a condition you demonstrate so vividly with every post. So, once more, thanks for supplying the proof of which I write. To save you the bother of appending another repetitious, yet vacuous, "reply" let me assist your comprehension by saying this; As far as I, and countless others of average IQ and commendable morals are concerned, your club/company/cabal will forever be closely scrutinized by all manner of people and organisations now and and your opinions about that scrutiny count for exactly....f**k all. As usual. So, please, carry on "not caring" as the song goes. Hope this helps?...... but I doubt it will. Never mind eh?

  7. As promised: 12oz - Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese 10oz - Fage 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt 2 whole eggs 3/4 Cup - Granulated Splenda 1/4 Cup - 1% Milk 1.25 Scoop - Trutein Vanilla Protein (42.5g) 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp - Kosher salt Directions: All ingredients at room temperature. 1. Preheat Oven to 325 - Prepare 6" cake pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper in the bottom. 2. Cream Cheese in mixer - mix on medium until creamy - scrape sides of bowl down. 3. Add splenda - mix on medium until incorporated - scrape sides of bowl down. 4. Add eggs one at a time while on medium. Again...scrape. 5. Add the rest of the ingredients - mix on medium for 3 minutes. 6. Pour in pan - extra batter in mouth - yum. 7. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Turn oven to 200 for 50min - 1 hour. Remove and let cool on the counter. Wrap and refrigerate overnight. The 6" pan is important, I've had friends try it with a retarded glass pie plate and it was an epic failure simply because the cooking times need to be adjusted for different pans and cake thicknesses. If you don't have a 6" pan, buy one, or you need to remove the cheesecake when it's 155 degrees in the center. I use this pan, http://www.amazon.com/Parrish-Magic-...pr_product_top Adding flavors are pretty simple...want chocolate? Add in 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and replace the milk with 1/4 cup brewed coffee (or milk will still work). Changing macros is easy by either adding a crust of Graham Crackers, Oreos or animal crackers. If you add a crust, omit the parchment paper. Will be easier for you, bro, as it's an American recipe and I had to substitute some ingredients whereas you should be able to get them all easily. The brand of protein isn't important. Using those ingredients, it's 834 calories, 123g Protein 63g Carbs, 10g Fat for the whole cake. #vvmacrofriendly #proteintreats #dece If anyone's interested in how to make high protein banana bread, the recipe is available on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Btsb58ZDPE It's v. v. v. dece, and you know you can trust a guy with arms like that. #gainz

  11. Of course you will. You don't think we understand the fascination with our greatest of clubs? You can't stay way - we are the irresistible flame that shines so brightly for the likes of you. f**k, if I had the misfortune to follow a tragic void like Raith I, too, would probably find a way to secure an involvement with a team worthy of such interest and passion. A team like Rangers. And as you usual was it? I'm here to tell you it's never been any different. Never in my lifetime.

  32. Thought the game was OK, after the first 20 minutes or so though it was clear Sheffield United were a step ahead in their pre-season preparations. It's difficult to really get a feel for new players in that kind of environment but most of them acquitted themselves well. I really liked the look of Kevin Moon, worked hard and seems to me to be a bit of a "nyaff", someone who'd be really annoying to play against as he's always there. Good use of the ball too and the more likely to 'drive' the team on I think. Fox I think will be a target for stick from the support as he looks, or did tonight anyway, a bit slow but he rarely even took a touch before moving the ball on and his positioning was always excellent. Looks like the kind of player we need. Elliot played a good part in the goal but didn't get much change out of either the centre back or the referee. Bigger than I thought though. Gordon Smoth saw little of the ball but put in a lot of effort. Booth will get forward a lot no question, looked a bit clumsy to me but then so is Jason Thomson and he's been terrific for us. Moon I thought was excellent, Fox tidy too. Winter might be a bit of a struggle though if we're slogging games out with those two, neither are big or hard tacklers. Cardle I thought was disappointing, I can see his constant darts inside with the ball infuriating me over the season - Booth as an overlap/decoy should definitely work better than Malone though. Bonar I thought was actually more impressive than Elliot or Smith, but you can hardly fully judge a player on that amount of time. Not sure we need him but he would've done himself no harm tonight. Was surprised to see Laidlaw start too. Grant Anderson still plays like a FIFA player who's not totally sure of the controls, and Joe Cardle still can't take corners. Overall there's a good team in there I reckon. Hopefully they gel soon.

The covert work, the fantasy beatings, your choice of best man material, anyone taking you seriously - I could go on and on and on an on - but I'm going to stick with the sociological insights on the impact of sectarianism on children. Authored when you were six.

  37. Maybe I'm just a sentimental old fool but for me horrific club photos should focus on those who could look or behave differently but instead have made a roaring c**t of themselves. Ridiculing folk with a condition they may be unable to do anything about is not dece in my view - be as well ripping the pish out of people simply because they are in a wheelchair. Fair enough if they are in a wheelchair but have opted for an orange fake tan or whatever - wire into the choice of woodstain applied rather than the disability itself.

  40. Good luck to Joe at Raith. You guys have just bagged yourselfs a brilliant wee player. I know some of yous weren't that impressed with him when he signed at the tail end of last season but he had just came back from injury; rarely knew any of the players, their strengths and weaknesses etc. After a full pre-season of fitness and tactical training work he'll be a terrific signing for you guys and I wouldn't be surprised to see Raith firing in the goals with the amount of decent forward thinking players you now have in the squad. Anderson, Spence, Smith, Elliot and Cardle are all very good players for this level and defenders will now know they won't be getting an easy time of it against Raith this season. He'll always be a Pars legend to me and I hope to see him back at EEP very soon as he's one of they players who, when he's on top form, can be worth the admission fee on it's own. All the very best to the Rovers this season and hopefully we can rekindle the rivalry we have in a few seasons' time once my Club has managed, hopefully, to get back on it's feet and stabalised.

  42. Again, you asked reasonable questions so I will give as good a reply as I can. 1. I don't have particularly strong views on the OO. Indeed some are bigoted fannies. Shame on those who are. 2, Folk who are ant-Catholic are inimical to me.. I have never once made an anti-Catholic post on P&B and why would I? 3. The idea of discriminating is rubbish. I would never do that. Let me be clear here: The OO celebrating William's revolution is a good thing. I mentioned it many times before. The Reformation was also a good thing. I have no need to apologiise for thinking this.

  43. Is anyone planning on checking out any of the friendlies? I try to avoid pre-season games if I possibly can but club could still use the cash I guess. Also saw that our "youth teams" (must be under 17's if not lower?!) are playing at Warout Stadium in Glenrothes. I will try and check that out since it's only ten minute walk from my parents house.

  44. Im not going to be cremated as I have a family mausoleum to go in when I snuff it. But if I did, in order for the kids to gain their considerable inheritance, I'd force them to eat my ashes after they had been mixed into a giant pot of yoghurt (they fucking hate yoghurt) while my lawyer witnesses the entire scenario. It will be character building for them. They can shit me out wherever they feel is appropriate afterwards.
