  1. Is there not eventually an event horizon whereby any sane, reasonable Sevco fans decide that this new club just isn't worth the bother, leaving the club to be supported by the type of thicko's who fall for the breathtaking "SEVCO ARE THE MASTER RACE, ALL GLORY TO THE MASTER RACE, JOIN US AND YOU WILL BE REWARDED, ATTACK US AND YOU SHALL BE CRUSHED BETWEEN THE MIGHT OF THE ORANGE AND BLUE WAR MACHINE" propaganda now (officially!) coming out of Ibrox. Officialy! Not even some crazy fan group or the slaverings of Leggo but official stances of the company itself, ffs! I mean I'd be mortified if Thistle were serving up the utter shite in official club statements coming from Traynor at the moment. Ah well, don't worry though, at least on the pitch you've got superstars like Fran Sandaza, without "paying overinflated wages" against semi-professional clubs.

  2. There were many Rangers supporters dissatisfied with Murray for a variety of reasons and many more openly skeptical and abrasive on Whyte. Looks to me like you're talking complete shite again.

  3. Traynor is already showing his worth to all of us who are part of The Rangers Family. I have a photo of his fat phisog (does anyone still use this word and how does one spell it?) stuck on the door of my fridge as a warning to my weans about too much snacking.

  8. Herald article today: Rangers condemns attacks over debt Rangers FC has condemned "malicious" attacks on its future in a row surrounding a proposed winding-up order from an investment firm over a £400,000 debt. I have to say, I preferred the days when the press used to refer to "malicious attacks" as "our own factual news reporting". Still, if we're now allowing Jim Traynor to change the word "news" to "malicious attacks", did anybody see the malicious attacks about Findus horse pancakes in the malicious attackspaper this morning?

  11. No.....its a new brick but it does retain the history and any previous achievements as part of its former structure. The old brick, previously bought is liable for the previous purchase price paid.

  12. That's some statement. The Rangers surrounded on all sides, a cynical media, deliberate campaign of misinformation being waged against them, a repetition of the possibility of sinister forces at play. He even mentions a schism within the Rangers' supporters! I predict that in his next statement, Herr Traynor will officially reveal details of the Revenge Weapons which will be unleashed against Rangers' enemies and will utterly destroy them. Chuckle, Chuckie über alles!

  16. Firstly, I know there's a multitude of threads running - many of which now only exist for our amusement, posting of 'pleasing' gifs, and general 'let's all laugh and point at Rangers' merriment.... The more I'm hearing though, the more I'm looking towards the actual end game here, and would like to gauge reaction as to where we will be a year, two years, however many years down the line. For as long as i remember I have personally felt disgusted by the way football clubs play fast and loose in a manner no 'normal' business can ever hope to get away with. I see this going the same way as so many clubs before them. They'll dodge the big one by playing the administration card. They won't be the first, they won't be the last. So, what's your prediction for the actual end to this? To my eyes it's all set up with Whyte knowing all along that he would decide when to play the administration joker card to position himself as main creditor. I genuinely believe some sort of deal will grudgingly be accepted by HMRC. There will be pain for Rangers - but they will indeed dodge the big hammer blow. Short term pain, longer term, they'll weasel a way to rise phoenix-like from administration, as I say, like so many morally bankrupt cheating football clubs before them. Thoughts? Hopefully not just of a 'LOL' nature! Really looking to see what you guys seriously see the end of this actually being when the dust settles.

  17. Rangers fans dont really need to phone in superdooperscoreboard as one o the main SeetheCo cheerleaders are usually on the mics whether it is Derek, Dalziel or in the not to distant past the goodbye guy Daryl..The only left footer that's had the baws to call them a new club was Andy Walker while waxing lyrical about how sad it is without the old firm games.....I tell that to A&E. There is only one panalist who is passable and that's Rodger Hannah, only because he knows about the first division.

  23. In amongst that badly written tear stained f**k fest there was a recognition of the effect of public opinion and perception as regards to share price. On one level, the outsiders, or rivals in business terms. TRIFC are scrutinized heavily for a high number of well established reasons, some spurious but many fully justified. If these faults and questionable dealings are continuously publicised and debated across public forums shareholder confidence naturally dissapates. On the other level, the insiders, in this case the mind boggling mix of fan groups within TRIFC. So disparate that uniting them all is nigh on impossible.....again easily visible on their forums and not inspiring to would be shareholders. Jabba-The-Fud had a go at them all tonight in a ridiculous, but fucking humorous, attempt to....1. prop the tumbling share stock, 2. unite the fan groups (by shutting them up ) and 3. issue thinly veiled threats and accusations to the rest of the football related world in general. All on behalf and, probably, at the behest of Chuckie. Are the bloggers and others onto something ? No idea....yet. But you can be sure, this club will NEVER be left alone to work anything remotely close to a shady operation again. Whether their fans like it or not.

  28. Ah, now we are getting somewhere. Forgive me if you had already said this, I had assumed it was overriding your home page or search settings. Anyway, the solution to your problem is in the settings, Look for the On Startup option, and you should find that "Open a specific page or set of pages" radio button is set, clicking the "Set pages" link should show that the Delta search is the one set. Amend as you see fit.

  32. I just posted about this on dafc.net, Ian Fraser has some excellent blogs. I think that the scandal involving the HBOS/Livvy/Stadia Group and Masteron is as bad as Rangers if not worse. Bottom line is that Keane was misled and sold the family silver in return for investment on Livvy stadium area and got nothing back. It was a huge gamble that backfired and Livvy were closed down despite being within their agreed overdraft limit with HBOS. Masterton and the Pars were allowed to continue despite borrowing tens of millions and infact were given more loans even after this in 2008. I'm surprised Ian hasn't picked up on the recent crisis at the Pars with a follow up article. Masterton actually regards building the stadium and overspending as an achievement, he said so at the last meeting at the Vine Church. I could get a Ferrari on tick, how is that an achievement? It's cheating plane and simple, all the success was built on a house of cards and web of lies. If the Pars go down I hope he gets exposed for the type of person he is, business wise.

  36. I'm aware ostriches don't actually bury their heads in the sand, just as I'm aware that Rangers fans don't literally shove themselves face-first into beaches either. On the other hand - I suggest that fifty thousand ostriches would have been far more likely to produce some kind of effective opposition to Craig Whyte and to save Rangers from liquidation and rebirth as a new entity. After all, ostriches have far longer attention spans than most Rangers fans, and they're more difficult to outwit. A wild ostrich *has* to focus on its surroundings to survive, whereas the average Bear wastes years speculating about suspiciously Catholic-smelling plots against them, even while a lion in an HMRC Hector suit and hat is knocking on the front door. Conclusive proof of my theory - I never saw a single ostrich at Ibrox waving a banner with "WE DESERVE BETTER" written on it; I never heard any ostrich angrily demanding that a club on the verge of financial armageddon spend even more on wages and transfers. Rangers fans did both although to be fair, 99% did exactly what they're best at instead - whining, and nothing. Frankly, if I was a Rangers fan, I'd be begging for an ostrich to take over the day-to-day running of the club. I imagine an ostrich would possess more acute business acumen that Charlie Green and would have the sense to run a third division side on a far smaller wage bill. Hell, an ostrich might as well take over as first team coach as well, while I'm at it - a randomly-picked flightless bird would probably have more perceptive tactical awareness and better man-management skills than McCoist, and it would certainly cost a lot less to feed.
