I think you will find Real Madrid are the most successful club in the world having won the European Cup/Champions League 8 times, Rangers even the old club never even got to a CL or European Cup final. Plenty of other teams ahead as well. If its comparisons from domestic football it wouldn't be that difficult and is more a reflection of the quality of opposition in Scotland compared to leagues around the globe which renders your boast meaningless and never a gauge on how Rangers have ever compared with clubs around the world.3 points

We know what we are having and have it down to two names. I was at consultant on Monday, I was 34+3 but measuring 38! So not being allowed passed date, booked for a sweep on 4th march and induced later that week if i haven't gone. Had another scan and baby doing grand2 points

I hate that people continually have to try and appear edgy and controversial in an attempt to appear cool. Today is a perfect example. David Beckham signs a 5 month contract with the ludicrously rich PSG and decides that every penny from his prospective salary is going to be donated to charity. He's quite correctly applauded for this self-less act that is going to improve the lives of many people. Great, right...? Nope, not for the "look how controversial and cool I am" brigade, apparently it's no big deal "because he can afford it", "it's just the same as me giving a pound to a bum in the street" or "it's just a PR stunt". So what? Why is it any less laudable if he is rich or if it is just to boost his reputation? The man is giving, I would assume, at the very least a million pounds of his own money to charity. Can people not just accept this for the fantastic gesture it is? Does there have to be negativity imposed in everything?1 point

I was pleased that my team, Heart of Midlothian, won 1-0 against your team, Dundee, last night. It's just a shame that I could not attend said match as I was in France at that point in time, having moved here recently. Oh well.1 point

Strange that the SPL was represented by fat Rodney, especially when we've previously been assured that he was only involved in a low level role. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BB89ZgqCIAAM-zb.jpg:large1 point

Not tempted by the old chestnut, ''I hope she didn't feck him, it's not big and it's not clever'' This is in no way reflective of any personal opinions.1 point

I've only watched him twice for our U20s, he was rarely tested defensively but handled it well when he was. He certainly likes a mazy run forward!1 point

Both sets of gloryhunters could do with brushing up their Burns: "O wad some Pow'r the giftie gie us. To see oursels as others see us". They might not like what they see, mind.1 point

"A wee bit embarrassing" is quite the understatement MT - typical of you really The fraternity of Brothers Loyal have pretty much been consistent in their denial and defiance stance whilst at the same time outright refusing to debate the issues in a grown up manner - despite numerous offers over the period of their existence to date. Indeed, the preferred method of deflection or whataboutery falls so seamlessly into line with their current club's CEO that it is hard to tell who is inspiring who. No matter what decisions are arrived at, favourable or otherwise, the mindset of these people is beyond repair. As they continue to prove. Now, as the carpetbaggers circle their new incarnation once more, the footballing population shout their warnings and they refuse to accept that it is anything they should be concerned with far less anyone else.... ....and they say lightening doesn't strike twice ? Well, that all depends on the conductivity of the material doesn't it ?1 point

Only by a mangled look at the evidence. Clubs that have won several European Cups are more successful by any remotely sensible measure.1 point

Capping players just for the sake of it is a dreadful idea. I hope he only gets capped when he actually deserves it.1 point

Bo Dallas is a wee fanny. He just has the look and mannerisms of a generic babyface written all over him. Plus he has no physical presence at all. In doing the 'complete rookie spot' of the armdrags on Barrett, he looked like a complete amateur. The best this wee flange can hope for is a few matches on Superstars before a return to NXT. If they were going to fire another guy up from NXT then it should have been Kassius Ohno.1 point

This is the bit that gets me too. I'll concede that having Rangers in the game contributes 'something' to it financially. It's of far less use to the rest of us than they think though. Their presence boosted the size of the old TV deal, but they and their sister club took the lions' share. They got big gates at home, which of course benefited only them. Away from home, they took a bigger support than most, but this support cost lots to police and put decent home fans off, as did the aforementioned TV Deal. And of course, Clubs outside the top flight existed without seeing any of the money they 'generated'. And yet, they seem to think that we're all hanging on for their crumbs. It's as if all these dozens of teams which didn't liquidate can't possibly survive without the only one that did. Once more, it's all upside down. The idea of Rangers boycotting everywhere is a lovely one. They really haven't a clue.1 point

For Christ's sake No8. A grip is urgently needing to be got here. It's difficult to know where to begin. The game isn't dying, although one of the biggest clubs did. Rangers enjoyed partial FTTT success, but neither you or I know how the commission will find, before or after appeal. Your club has been re-born courtesy of being admitted straght into the national set-up. This only came after the game's governing bodies tried first to force them into the top tier, then into the second one. There has been lots of terrific insight displayed on this thread. The reality is that many posters were surprised by the FTTT verdict and by the number of season tickets sold. To say everybody's got everything wrong is just not true. And yes, many of us do dislike the new club with similar passion to that we felt towards the old one. The reasons are not hard to find. I really did think only halfwits came out with this 'most successful club' rubbish. It really is a wee bit embarrassing.0 points

Largely unimpressed by Zero Dark Thirty contrary to widely held opinion. It was incredibly ponderous imo and the sight of people being tortured didn't endear me to it. I think the move towards making the woman the central character added to the exploitative nature of the venture. I really hated Hurt Locker but this was plausible and well acted but waaaay too long. However, like I say there will be a lot of people who will like it. I really don't know why. The other thing was it was so empty. I knew the ending as did everyone going in. Where's the tension? Nah. Major letdown To the poster who red dotted me, you really are a big wain. Somebody disagrees.......ohhh baaad can't accept that-2 points
