  2. Sigh. Please refer to your inferior status using the VT Cut-Out-And-Keep Map of Scotland. Anywhere north-east of the Queen Street tunnel is not civilisation: this is the most recognisable dividing line.

  6. My mum and dad took my sister took my sister to Grangemouth swimming pool when she was young (probably 5 or 6) and they were sitting in he cafe area. A group of black basketball players walked in. My sister pointed to them and shouted to my parents 'Mum, dad, LOOK AT THEM!!!'. My mum and dad were thinking 'oh f**k, this is going to be embarrassing when she continued 'look how tall they are!'.

  13. The Sevco Trolls don't come to this thread to debate. Sevco Trolls come here to purposely and deliberately (that purpose usually being self-amusement) start arguments in a manner which 'personally' attacks others on the forum without in any way listening to the arguments proposed by forum members who are attempting to discuss 'on-topic'. They spark such arguments via the use of ad hominem attacks (i.e. 'plastics, diddies, obsessed' are popular phrases) with no substance or relevance to back them up as well as straw man arguments, which they use to simply avoid addressing the essence of the issues being discussed. Anyone and everyone reading through a few pages of this thread can see that with their own eyes.

  14. Of course you do it's orc talk political party line agenda ! does it benefit Rangers in any way ? naw ! then rubbish it as tic wet dream material and apply all necessary methods to rubbish the post in any way. Did you follow the thread from earlier on about PROOF of the side letters/contracts from an offishial government website ? feel free to debate this revelation and attempt to debunk the FTTT official favourable account that got you cleared off most of the EBT's Tedi. Police raid in London and found the side letters/contracts and have in pen the signatures of the players and their agents and Rangers PLC boardroom members.Compelling stuff and have planned a title stripping party for the 14th of February this year as the SPL's commissions report may get released that day. WOW TEDI ! a real tic wet dream moment FFS

  16. On the train back - what a very good performance. Brad Jones could have done with a bovril in the second to warm him up. Lovely goal from Henderson who was good again, great dummy from Sturridge for the 2nd and some hit from the captain for the 4th. Were good all over the park - Carragher didn't put a foot wrong in a rare start in the league, Sturridge looks the part and Gerrard was excellent - things are looking up! :-) Do seem to be Norwich's bogey side but that's them, Fulham and Sunderland all splattered in the last 3 home games. Arsenal and City away up next in the league. Big tests and although competing well against the top sides Rodgers has still to get a big result.

  17. That just about sums up why 41 other clubs fans harbour more resentment towards Rangers in general. The club that becomes dominant will always be hated more just because they are successful. Rangers have taken things to a whole new level of bitterness towards everyone else even when the club brought upon itself it's shameful demise. At first I felt some compassion towards Rangers fans of whom are some of my family, but that quickly changed when they wanted every other club and fan to suffer more than they were even when Rangers brought this upon themselves. When admin & liquidation were the headline news all they wanted was a club to support ! now they have a club to support that would appear to be just a lie and all they really want is to piss on everyone else and watch clubs go under and suffer the same fate their club went through or even worse.Be careful what you wish for there. Rangers fans do not want to their club to compete, they want to dominate and destroy the competition so they can lord it up how much better they are than anybody else. It's not about football for Rangers fans really is it ?

  18. I reckon by stop five we'd have lost the clipboards and be using the springs in the clicky pens to ping at each other. By the end, the winner (by default) will be the one with the biggest handbag. It's not a bad idea, I just don't trust us to actually manage it.

  20. Both. You know... the sort of selling that has the vast majority of people in the audience eating out of his hands, as well as those at home? It's selling and timing which Cena does better than anyone else. Just because he's asked to do a superman comeback at the end of every match, this shouldn't be ignored.

  24. I couldn't care less whether you won the FTTT or not, as it would have been a barrel of laughs either way. However, I'll be mighty pissed if the SPL doesn't find you guilty of dual contracts. While the law courts tend to be based on literal interpretations and technicalites. In the footballing world the same rules don't apply, and there is no doubt these EBTs were undeclared side contracts. The rules weren't designed for either of the Glasgow teams going bust or deliberatly witholding PAYE & NIC, but they do indeed cover side contracts. As we both suspect you're former teams titles are already going to be stripped. Its just a matter of when they'll make it official, and the inevitable seething zombie march on Hampden.

  25. Not saying it didn't, nor that there was anything wrong with the Trust buying shares with money it clearly raises towards its own aims (which there definitely isn't). I'm saying it wasn't made clear at the time to the people who put money in buckets inside the ground that the money wasn't a direct donation to the club and some were therefore annoyed about it. And that's true, it wasn't. A lot of that money obviously came from people who weren't at the Locharbriggs meeting and certainly hadn't mandated what they thought were donations to be used to buy shares for an organisation they may well not have been members of. And as I said, Save Our South wasn't connected to the Trust at the time of the first collection. If people feel they were misled a bit on that front then it's unfortunate they can't say so without being "shot down" for being perceived to have had a go at the Trust. It's not that important in the scheme of things, nobody died, the club eventually gets the money, the Trust continue to do a great many good things for or on behalf of the club. But it shouldn't be a crime to point out the occasional thing that could have been done differently with hindsight. Which is really all Mr Wallace did at the time.

  26. You maybe did. It certainly wasn't obvious to the majority of people who chucked money in buckets inside the ground at the time. I don't think it's unreasonable for people to assume a bucket collection inside the actual turnstiles would be money given directly the club and not used by a third party. Like I said, I certainly knew that "Save Our South" wasn't a club run thing but even I thought the original bucket collection was just a volunteer force on the day collecting donations for the club. I had no awareness that the money was going to be retained for a period before being used to buy shares etc. A number of people later complained to the club about that when they found out. I'd imagine a significantly large number of people still don't realise it didn't go directly to the club. Mr Wallace was entitled to complain about that without being "shot down" for it. Albeit as I said, the club AGM probably wasn't where he should have done so.
