  1. Having noticed that Cub 30 ,has recently changed it's name to Club Tropicana, I think it's only fitting that the original lyrics of the Wham hit are made more appropriate!! Let me take you to the place Where membership's an ugly face Dance to records by the Bee Gees Where strangers with their bottled tans Welcome you to another land - That's full of manky Weegies. Chorus: Club Tropicana, what the f**k Pies and Buckfast - there's enough for everyone. All that's missing's normal folk But don't worry, you can be one Ugly guys and munters meet, Then kiss in Tropicana's heat, Its not a pretty sight After shave and cheap perfume. Gently mingle in the room With the smell of pish and shite Chorus 3x: Club Tropicana what the f**k Pies and Buckfast, theres enough for everyone All that's missings normal folk But dont worry , you can be one x2 Pack your johnny's And strike a pose Just make sure, you don't catch a dose Here's the original,so can can have a wee sing along

  4. You are shitting me right ? Williamson had a really good game on Saturday worked hard and he doesn't get the credit he's due. He's just back from injury so getting the fitness levels back up - he worked hard in that midfield 3.

  5. I know - very strange that...... IF I was a conspiracy theorist I would imagine it was because your ground is a shit-heap because It certainly can't be due to the immaculate pitch

  6. Imagine appointing a manager who can't manage without a hefty transfer budget.

  7. Lumping the ball at Pat Clarke? In fairness Pars fans told Raith last year that Walker is a nob I know, imagine appointing a manager who has been a success everywhere he has been, the horror.

  8. Anyone see the result of the 1.40 at Taunton!? 1st. 200/1 2nd. 50/1 3rd. 33/1 Must be the most bizarre result ever.

  10. Oh, and one more thing before I shuffle off for my cocoa and blanket bath. Yesterday I saw some of our supporters having stand up arguments with each other, during the game. One chap sitting about halfway up, slightly left of goal, and another about 5 rows behind, standing, shouting, pointing, and pretty wound up. Wtf is going on? We're all in this together and none of us are enjoying it at the moment. And now the players want to fight us too! Good job Alex Brash isn't here any more. Or Bobby Glennie. Or Ian Gibson. Then you'd know about it.

  19. Motivation and a good morale are key factors to success. Although I agree that Walker has been very poor of lately and the way he reacted was totally out of order, some of the moronic clowns that go to the games and make these ridiculous shouts need a real shake to hopefully knock some sense into them. We're struggling yes, stretched with limited numbers (particularly in defence) due to injuries etc so guys like Walker have to play ! Yes he has been poor but don't you think we should be trying to encourage the guy instead of jumping on his back making his confidence hit rock bottom? You can only piss with the cock you've got I'm afraid, and we all know what Walker is capable of on his day. As touched upon he had a really good game up at Dingwall against County. So these idiots who are hitting up fantalk with the "I'll no be there next game because we're pish" caper are simply no good to us, the same with the boys who make the shouts for McGlynn to "Change it" then as soon as the sub is on the park they are right on the guys back after one misplaced pass or so. Although I may not agree with McGlynn's tactical philosophy or his decisions, i'll still back my team and encourage them to perform, it's going to be difficult but that's what us fans do - we stick together through the thick and thin. The football on show may not be great but at the end of the day it's the club we choose to support and moaning and mindless idiots aren't going to help us in any way at all.

  20. Agree with your sentiments, I rarely read Fan Talk nowadays, a totally depressing trough of bile from a few rockets, some of whom don't appear to attend the games. Laugh is one of the main complainers on the site is A MODERATOR on the site!!!

  21. Players contract expiry dates are on their OS profiles and have been all season. They are mostly 31st May though Allan Johnston is 15th May and I think McMenamin might be also, though the OS does say 31st May for him. Inevitably the final decision of whether to be full time or part time or a mix will have to lie with next year's manager, whether that be Brannigan or someone else. It's not up to the Board particularly or even terribly relevant to them. The Board's role is to set the playing budget. If the manager would prefer to get part-timers on that budget or try to assemble a full time squad on it (or a mix and match of the two) that's up to him.

  22. What do you consider abuse? "your fucking shite walker!!"? Fair enough if the supporter was saying things about his wife and kid but if it's merely football related then what's the problem? If it was in relation to the above quote..then the supporter is quite right..because he is
