With regards to the dropped bars,the only time I really used the lower position was when sprinting and most of the time hold ythem just abopve the brakes,which gives quite an upright riding position. Glad to hear your enjoying the bike and improving on times. I took the plunge yesterday and bought one of these Out this morning, did the two bridges in 2 hours 32 minutes and loved every minute of it

  3. Bell was out, the first time, and that's that. The fact that England, the team and the fans, spat the dummy I think was a bit embarrassing. You could see Morgan's reaction and i actually think Bell realised too but had to keep walking. Well played the Indians for reinstating him in the spirit of the game. Great day of cricket.

  6. I did just a couple miles tonight, I've increased my jog sections to 45 secs every 2 mins. Getting there. I've lost about 8lbs in couple of weeks. Only another 3.5 stone to go!

  7. Never mind what gimps on your friend list put on their walls. The worst thing about Facebook is the way they constantly change things that work perfectly well. For instance, the chat function is now almost totally unusable. They have now changed the message function when it was fine before. Why do they do this?! Why are they fixing things that aren't broken? Incredibly fucking annoying.

  8. A Rangers fan I have on Facebook, you know the kind - mid 30's, overweight, still lives with his parents, just posted - 'SPL 11/12 starts tomorrow. I know what I'm doing!' To which I replied - 'Not going to the game?'

  9. Laura Marling's new song. It sounds good, and I can't wait for her new album. The songs she played live from it sounded promising.
