  1. You can buy it in Morrison's, in packets of five cartons. It's around the £1.20 mark for the five-pack, usually situated in the other cartoned fruit juice. Quality drink. Absolutely love the stuff!

  3. Dom Dom's Mammoth PBP Reviews Right here we go. Scott Hall vs. Goldberg, Ladder Match - WCW Souled Out 1999 Colour me worried. This match was shortly after WCW went batshit crazy with the nWo and did the fingerpoke of doom as well as making them some sort of all powerful supergroup which completely murdered the concept stone dead. This match came about as Hall helped Nash beat Goldberg when he used a tazer on him. Hall is an alky and Goldberg isn't very good. My expectations aren't big. There's a tazer hung above the ring. See, this is stupid. Why does Goldberg care enough about a tazer that he'd be willing to take part in a ladder match to get one ? The fans are way behind Goldberg here. We have some stalling to start and they push each other, which doesn't end well for Hall. Lockup again and Goldberg throws down Hall. Lockup and a Headlock from Hall and he gets sent into the ropes and is charged down. Some more stalling from Goldberg. Poke to the eye and then Hall with right hands and he works on the arm of Goldberg, but Goldberg hits a Short Arm Clothesline to put an end to that nonsense. Goldberg then hits a forearm and down goes Hall. This match simply isn't getting going so far. Kick to the stomach from Hall but he fails on the Body Slam attempt. Goldberg doesn't fail though, but the knee is hurt and the slam didn't help. Kick to the leg from Hall. Hall into the ropes and a Powerslam from Goldberg, but Hall's kick seems to have done the damage. Hall with more kicking and then elbow drop on the leg, and then he drops his weight on the leg and the match now has a sense of direction. Leg Drop on the leg from Hall and the fans aren't happy with their hero getting done over. Hall rams the back of the knee into the ring apron and then he slams the leg into the ringpost. Goldberg crashes to the floor and then Hall crosses the ring and goes for the ladder. I wonder if that big thing can save the match. Goldberg attacks from behind, but Hall with a takedown and Goldberg lands on the ladder. Hall gets sent face first into the railing. Goldberg's selling of the knee is actually quite good here. Never really seen selling as a strong point of the guy but credit where it's due. Hall Dropkicks the ladder into the stomach of Goldberg. That looked sore. Goldberg then gets sent face first into the steps. Well, they're keeping things basic so far, and if they stick with that this match should at least be entertaining. Into the ring they go. Goldberg is busted open after having the ladder sent into the gut. Seriously ? That's a bush league mistake I wouldn't even expect from CZW. And they blade for anything. Hall sets up the ladder and he's heading for the gold. Goldberg is kicked down and Hall with an Elbow Drop off of the ladder, but the ladder comes down on top of Hall and both men are down. That's some quality mistake there. Always helps the drama of a ladder match when that happens. Hall sets the ladder again after a brief beatdown and Goldberg is on his feet. BACK DROP SUPLEX OFF OF THE LADDER FROM GOLDBERG !!! Cool beans. Wasn't that high up, but hey, original spot for the time. Hall is up first because of Goldberg's leg injury, and he hits Goldberg in the gut. HALL FUCKING MURDERS GOLDBERG WITH A LADDER SHOT !!! JESUS CHRIST !!! That sounded like a gun going off. Hall sets the ladder up again, but Goldberg's refusal to stay down comes back. Goldberg pushes the ladder down and Hall goes crashing throat first into the top rope, but again, Goldberg is in all sorts of bother as any big move is taking a lot out of his knee. I like the psychology of this match. Goldberg swats the ladder away and hits a Clothesline, but Hall goes to the knee to stop the momentum. Hall is whipped into the ladder and then the ladder lands on his face. Goldberg uses the ropes to stay up this time so as Hall isn't there first. BRUTAL LADDER SHOT TO THE BACK OF HALL !!! I'll tell ya what, the effort here has to be commended. Ladder shot to the head of Hall. Goldberg then brings the point of the ladder down on the stomach of Hall. Goldberg is heading for the gold. Hall Dropkicks the ladder and Goldberg lands on his leg. Hall throws the ladder at Goldberg for good measure. Hall is going for the tazer again and Goldberg is on his feet. Goldberg takes his time. HE PUSHES THE LADDER OVER AND HALL LANDS HORRIFICALLY ON THE TOP ROPE !!! Goldberg has the ladder set up and he climbs slowly up the ladder. Disco Inferno pushes the ladder. GOLDBERG LANDS FACE FIRST ON THE TOP ROPE !!! This is just downright nasty to watch, but I'm not taking anything away, as this is merely adding to the drama of the whole thing. Hall is going for the tazer again and Hall has the tazer and he gets down. Now he has to zap. HE TRIES FOR THE ZAP ... Goldberg stops. SUPERKICK FROM GOLDBERG !!! Goldberg has the tazer. HE USES THE TAZER ON DISCO INFERNO !!! He now has Hall in a bad position. Goldberg is taunting Hall with the tazer and having some right good fun with it. Come on, stop stalling. SPEAR FROM GOLDBERG !!! THE JACKHAMMER FROM GOLDBERG !!! The fans want to see a zapping from Goldberg. GOLDBERG ZAPS HALL !!! IT'S OVER !!! Right, the idea of the match in itself is bad. However, both guys put in a hell of an effort. They both took some right nasty bumps and just kept on coming back for more. They also kept the crowd in the match for the 20 minutes, which was good. Scott Hall seemed more motivated than he did usually around that period. I was expecting a disaster, and in some ways it was. Some of the bumps weren't supposed to turn out like they did and some of the exchanges were more than a little awkward. I won't penalise too much though. ***1/4 Ultimate Dragon vs. Dean Malenko - WCW Clash of the Champions XXXIV 21/01/1997 Ultimate Dragon is actually Ultimo Dragon going by a stupid name. This is a return match from a decent outing from Starrcade 1996. Nothing much else to say about this one. Bell rings and we have a lockup and break. Dragon goes behind with the Waistlock and Malenko goes to the arm. Dragon flips around a bit and goes to the arm himself. Malenko with a Drop Toe Hold but then some reversing from both men leads to Malenko getting the Hammerlock. Dragon goes to the leg of Malenko. We go to a commercial break already ? Anyways, when we come back to the match, and both men are on their feet. They lock hands and Malenko goes to the Suplex, and Dragon backs into the ropes. Dragon and Malenko exchange strikes in the corner. Hanging Vertical Suplex from Malenko and that gets a two count. Head Scissors from Malenko. Dragon rolls onto his front and then just kicks Malenko. Kicks to the leg and chest and a Spin Kick knocks down Malenko. BRUTAL kick to the stomach and Malenko heads for the floor. He takes a chance to have a breather and Dragon looks fed up in the ring. Malenko heads back into the ring and Dragon goes right on the attack but Malenko with the Back Drop Driver. Ouch ! Malenko then goes to the leg and gets the grapevine and he has Dragon in trouble. He lets go and works over the leg somewhere, clearly feeling that he has more work to do. Half Crab from Malenko. Malenko manages to ground it and then kicks his way into the ropes. Knee Breaker from Malenko. Malenko then locks in the Stump Puller. Someone been watching their Doink the Clown tapes there ? Malenko with some forearms and then he sends Dragon to the floor. Malenko then sends Dragon into the railing and back into the ring they go. Figure Four Leglock from Malenko, but Dragon manages to stop the move from being properly put in by holding the leg and stopping it coming down. Malenko eventually gets it on, but he lets it go. Uhh, why ? Dragon into the corner and a Clothesline from Malenko. Spinning Heel Kick from Dragon and then he heads for the top rope. Malenko stops him up there. TOP ROPE SUPERPLEX FROM MALENKO !!! VICTORY ROLL FROM MALENKO !!! ONE ! TWO ! THR ... KICKOUT !!! RANA FROM DRAGON !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! That was a cracking reversal there. Malenko onto the apron. Springboard Dropkick sends Malenko to the floor. Pescado misses. Malenko gets sent into the railing and I can only guess what's going to come next. ASAI MOONSAULT FROM DRAGON !!! Both men beat the count. Suplex from Dragon. MOONSAULT FROM DRAGON !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! Malenko set on the top rope and Dragon sets him for it. Here we go ... THE GYRATING RANA OFF THE TOP FROM DRAGON !!! TIGER SUPLEX ... Malenko sweeps down Dragon. CLOVERLEAF FROM MALENKO ... COUNTERED INTO THE SMALL PACKAGE !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! Clothesline from Malenko. GIBSON DRIVER FROM MALENKO !!! He knocks Onoo off of the apron. THE TEXAS CLOVERLEAF FROM MALENKO !!! SONNY ONOO IS DOWN AND DRAGON TAPS OUT !!! Not as good as the Starrcade effort, but that wasn't down to lack of trying. Ultimate Dragon's decision to completely forget about the leg injury the very second that he had to make his comeback was definately something that grated, especially given Malenko's completely relentless attack on the knee. The closing stretch was pretty good though. ***1/2 Shane McMahon and Rob Van Dam vs. Chris Jericho and The Rock - WWE RAW 08/10/2001 We were heading into No Mercy at that point, which meant Rob Van Dam was on the cusp of greatness while Jericho and The Rock were on a collision course in what was to be an absolutely phenomenal WCW Title match. We open the match with Rock and RVD. I'd have loved to have seen what these two guys could do in a big match scenario. RVD with kicks in the corner. Rock runs into an elbow. RVD flips over Rock but Rock explodes out of the corner with a Clothesline. Superkick from RVD and then in comes Shane and he hits a series of right hands. Rock comes back with right hands of his own. Clothesline from Rock and then in comes Jericho. Chops from Jericho and then kicks in the corner. Jericho into the corner and he comes out with a Clothesline and then another. Flying Forearm from Jericho and then more right hands and he looks a bit annoyed. Chops from Jericho. Back Body Drop. LIONSAULT ... RVD with a cheap shot to stop that from happening, and the fans chant his name. RVD comes into the ring and he hits Forearms and then a Superkick. ROLLING THUNDER FROM RVD !!! Love that move. That gets a two count. Punches from RVD and then into the corner. Shane comes into the ring and kicks down Jericho in the corner. Jericho into the ropes and Flying Shoulder Block gets a two count for Shane. Jabs from Shane and then a big right hand. Jericho into the ropes and he comes out with a kick and then lands the Enziguri. Rock and RVD now into the ring and Rock with the advantage. Belly 2 Belly Suplex and then the Dragon Screw. THE SHARPSHOOTER FROM THE ROCK !!! Shane clubs down Rock from behind and then sends him over the top rope. Bulldog on Shane. SPRINGBOARD FOREARM SENDS BOTH MEN TO THE FLOOR !!! RVD with the Baseball Slide ... RIGHT INTO THE WALLS OF JERICHO ON THE FLOOR !!! Shane McMahon attacks from behind. BULLDOG ONTO THE STEPS FROM SHANE TO JERICHO !!! This match has definately taken a few steps up. Rock chases Shane around the ring, but then runs into a Spin Kick. Spinning Leg Drop from RVD. To the top ... FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH ... MISSES IT'S TARGET !!! Rock comes back with right hands in the corner. Rock then throws Shane into the ring. SPINEBUSTER ON SHANE !!! We know what's next, but RVD attacks and makes sure it doesn't happen. Forearm from RVD and then he gets sent into the ropes. ROCK BOTTOM FROM ROCK !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... SHANE MAKES THE SAVE RIGHT AT THE LAST GASP !!! Jericho into the ring and he's busted open. HE HITS ROCK OVER THE HEAD WITH THE CHAIR !!! TENSION~~~!!! RVD MAKES THE COVER !!! ONE ! TWO ! THREE !!! Everything the WWE was touching in the ring at this point was turning to gold, and this match was no different. The match was just at a crazy breakneck speed from about the half way mark forwards. All four men were brilliant in the ring at this point. Especially RVD and The Rock, who just looked explosive every single second they were in the ring. What a tag team match this was. ****1/4 The match in full : http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x320h1_chris-jericho-the-rock-vs-shane-mcm_sport Hardcore Hak vs. Bam Bam Bigelow - WCW Nitro 01/02/1999 For those of you unaware, Hak is actually The Sandman, which makes this match sort of interesting. This is his debut in WCW. He basically interfered in a Van Hammer match, which is probably the most least impactful thing he could have ever done, and called Bigelow out. Hak just murders two guys with his singapore cane and he's wrapped in barbed wire. The fans chant ECW and then Hak gets the microphone. The Sandman : "Do you know what ticks me off ?" Entire audience : "What ?". The Sandman explains what he's done with barbed wire. He calls out Bigelow, and Bigelow heads for the ring. Bigelow into the ring and he gets caned all over the place and then choked with the cane. Cane across the back again from Hak. He continues that for a while. Come on, change the record. Baseball Slide from Hak and then he goes to the floor and continues his beating before looking into the camera and hitting Bigelow with the cane. "What a wild brawl". Nah. Hak jumps into Bigelow and Bigelow sends him back first into the ringpost and then head first into the ringpost. Bigelow then sends Hak into the ring. Hak wants the cane and Bigelow stops it and lays in the stomps and then he grabs the chair. CHAIR OVER THE HEAD OF HAK AND THEN THE SUPERKICK !!! Falling Headbutts from Bigelow and then he taunts the audience. Chair to the back of Hak. Bigelow then with a right hand to knock Hak down. Hak into the corner and Bigelow runs into a boot and then the cane to the stomach and a Clothesline. BULLDOG ON THE CHAIR FROM HAK !!! Hak then gets the barbed wire and wraps it around the buckles in the corner. This is not going to end well for one of these guys. Bigelow with a kick to the stomach. Short Arm Clothesline from Hak to stop from being thrown into the corner. Cane Clothesline from Hak. Cane across the throat. SLINGSHOT LEG DROP FROM HAK WITH ADDED CANE !!! Believe it or not, that did look rather effective. DDT ON THE CHAIR FROM BIGELOW !!! HAK GETS WHIPPED INTO THE WIRE AND THEN THE AVALANCHE !!! FALLING HEADBUTT OFF THE TOP ROPE !!! GREETINGS FROM ASBURY PARK ON THE CHAIR !!! ONE ! TWO ! THREE !!! That was a hell of a lot of fun ! It started really dodgily with Hak looking really limited, just lumbering around hitting Bigelow with a cane, but then when Bigelow took control of the match, both guys really turned the goodness on and what we got was a bit of a crazy hardcore match. If you're gonna use weapons, at least know how to use them, and they never overdid it here. Good match. *** Steve Austin vs. Ricky Steamboat - WCW Clash of the Champions XXVIII 28/08/1994 Definite historic value here. This was the match which ended the career of Ricky Steamboat. These two guys had a belting series of matches which culminated with this one. I absolutely love Ricky Steamboat's theme music here. Austin and Steamboat go face to face and then lockup. Headlock Takedown from Austin but a Head Scissors means Austin has to get into the ropes. Austin claims that Steamboat pulled the hair. Lockup and a Headlock from Austin. The same thing happens again. Austin isn't happy with all of this non-existant hair pulling, so Steamboat just chops him to stop the shenanigans. Lockup and a Headlock Takedown and a Side Headlock from Steamboat and Austin doesn't have as much success as Steamboat did with the escape. Austin gets to his feet and gets dropped on his knees. Austin to the feet again and he goes to the hair and sends Steamboat into the ropes. Steamboat with a Cross Body and it gets reversed. Some pinfalls before Steamboat and Austin both unload with chops. Austin into the ropes and he comes out with a kick and then right hands. Steamboat with a Dropkick and then another. Chopping again in the corner and Steamboat runs into an elbow. Austin runs into a Powerslam for a two count. Arm Bar from Steamboat. Steamboat ducks a Clothesline. Some pinfall reversals from Steamboat and Austin before Steamboat hits a big Arm Drag and then goes back to the Arm Bar. Steamboat shouts at someone in the front row saying "I've got him now". Knees to the stomach from Austin and then he goes for the Camel Clutch but Steamboat goes behind and works on the arm with the Arm Bar again. Steamboat gets sent over the top rope and to the floor and then Austin gets dragged out and Steamboat with some chops on the floor. Steamboat catches Austin coming from the other side with a Clothesline and we go back into the ring. Austin into the ropes and then he locks in a Sleeper Hold. Steamboat with the same, so Austin with a cracking Jawbreaker and down goes Steamboat. Austin with some chops and then Steamboat comes back with chops of his own. Steamboat wit a Hiptoss and then he gets sent into the corner. Austin misses a charge and hits the ringpost. Steamboat then slams the arm into the ringpost. He's been pretty insistant when it comes to the arm. Springboard Arm Breaker over the top rope and then he heads to the top rope and hits the Karate Chop for a two count. Arm Bar again from Steamboat. Who's that idiot at ringside ? Austin comes back with kicks. Knee Drop from Austin and that gets a one count. No Tony, it wasn't a two count. Austin then slams the face of Steamboat into the canvas and then works over Steamboat. Snapmare and then another Knee Drop and that gets a two count for Austin. Aye, yer right this time Tony. Chinlock from Austin. Austin then rips at the face of Steamboat and Steamboat comes back into the match. Chop exchange and Steamboat runs into the ropes and charges Austin down. Reversals from both men and a Clothesline. SPLASH FROM STEAMBOAT ... HITS THE KNEES !!! This is good stuff. That gets a two count for Austin and then Austin goes to the second rope. Knee Drop off of the second rope after some flipping off. Shades of "Stone Cold" there. That gets a two count. Suplex from Austin and that gets a two count. Austin blocks a Suplex, but then gets set on the top rope and gets hit with a chop. Austin repeatedly tries to fight off. Steamboat lands in the ring and he looks hurt. Is that what did it ? Steamboat does some dancing which suggets maybe not. TOP ROPE SUPERPLEX FROM STEAMBOAT ... Austin still blocks. AUSTIN LANDS STEAMBOAT ON HIS FACE FROM THERE !!! Austin jumps into a right hand and then a Face Buster. Steamboat is now heading for the top rope. THE HIGH CROSS BODY OFF THE TOP ... AUSTIN USES THE MOMENTUM TO SLAM STEAMBOAT TO THE CANVAS !!! Steamboat has actually been looking kinda dodgy. Steamboat is suddenly firing up and Austin looks worried. Steamboat takes down Austin and hits a series of right hands and then unloads with rights and lefts. Austin into the ropes and a chop and then again. That gets a two count. Spinebuster from Steamboat and that gets a two count. Steamboat is holding his back again and hits an Electric Chair Drop on Austin. SMALL PACKAGE FROM STEAMBOAT !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! BACKSLIDE FROM STEAMBOAT !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! Clothesline from Austin. STEAMBOAT WITH A SKIN THE CAT RIGHT INTO A SCHOOL BOY PIN !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! SMALL PACKAGE !!! ONE ! TWO ! THREE !!! That top rope bump definately did the damage required for the injury. This match was absolutely terrific though, and it's even better that Steamboat actually managed to fight through what was obviously a very serious injury to his back and pretty much acted like it never happened. This one was back and forth stuff. **** Full Match : http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7dfzp_stunning-steve-austin-vs-ricky-stea_sport Rick Rude vs. Ricky Steamboat - WCW Superbrawl II Normally I'd be excited about such a match, but having seen these two guys go at it before, I know that their matches can be sleep inducing. Both guys were brilliant at this point though. We join this match in progress with Steamboat in the drivers seat. Arm Bar from Steamboat. I've never found it to be the best idea to watch the same guy twice in a row doing these things, but it's Ricky Steamboat, so why not. Steamboat goes to the Arm Ringer and then a kick to the stomach and then right back into the Arm Bar. Didn't take long for him to take that tactic, but I guess it never does take long for him to do it. To the floor goes Steamboat and he rams the arm into the ringpost. He lets go so as he can do more damage and then he goes back to the Arm Bar. Rude with big right hands. Kick to the stomach from Rude and then a big forearm. Steamboat with a big chop. Right hands from Rude. Chops to the arm and then he goes back to the Arm Bar. Rude is really having a bit of bother with this move. Hammerlock Body Slam and then a Fist Drop from Steamboat and then back to the Arm Bar. Rude comes back with chops of his own and Steamboat into the ropes. Cross Body gets a one count for Steamboat, and then back to the Arm Drag and Arm Bar. I love that Arm Bar. There is a ninja at ringside. Rude fights his way out but only meets more chops from Steamboat. Rude into the ropes and a Cross Body sees both men collide. Rude then kicks Steamboat to the floor, but he has one arm. Rude drops Steamboat on the railing, but does so with great difficulty. At least he hasn't completely forgotten that he's injured. Rude clubs away at the chest of Steamboat. Suplex brings Steamboat into the ring. Steamboat tries to come back with chops and Rude just clubs away on Steamboat and sends him into the ropes and hits a Shoulder Block, but it was the wrong shoulder and it hurt him. Kick to the stomach from Rude. Snapmare and then a Chinlock. Rude into the ropes and he hits a kick and then a Clothesline and some of the fans are getting behind Steamboat. He then does the grinding for the ladies in the audience. Rude then drops Steamboat throat first on the top rope. Swinging Neckbreaker from Rude. PILEDRIVER FROM RUDE !!! Rude with the arrogant cover and he gets a two count from it. Steamboat tries a comeback, but Rude with the Back Drop Suplex and that will put a stop to any comeback. That gets a two count for him. Snapmare and then another Chinlock from Rude. Steamboat battles to his feet and then grabs a leg and hits a Knee Breaker. FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK FROM STEAMBOAT !!! WOW !!! Rude gets into the ropes and Steamboat pulls him into the middle of the ring. Rude with a kick and then the Northern Lariat from Rude. Rude heads for the top rope. TOP ROPE KARATE CHOP FROM RUDE !!! Is that mocking from Rude ? The taunting most certainly is ! Snapmare from Rude and then he heads for the top rope. Shot to the back of the head and then a big Clothesline and that gets a two count. Steamboat gets the fans behind him. Steamboat gets to his feet, but Rude with a knee to the stomach and then he goes to the Camel Clutch. Steamboat is fighting to his feet and then he stands. ELECTRIC CHAIR DROP FROM STEAMBOAT !!! Both men exchange strikes. Steamboat into the ropes and both men collide heads. Both men up and Steamboat into the ropes and a Sleeper Hold from Rude. Steamboat fights out but he falls into another, but he then gets one of his own. Jawbreaker puts a stop to that one. Rude is now heading for the top rope. Steamboat then kicks the legs out from under Rude. TOP ROPE SUPERPLEX FROM STEAMBOAT !!! ONE ! TWO ! KICKOUT !!! Clotheslines from Steamboat. Kick to the back of the head from Steamboat and then he does the Rude taunt. Rude into the ropes. Back Body Drop from Steamboat. BASEMENT LARIAT FROM STEAMBOAT !!! ONE ! TWO ! THR ... KICKOUT !!! Rude into the ropes. Huge Flapjack from Steamboat. Steamboat is heading for the top rope. THE FLYING KARATE CHOP FROM STEAMBOAT !!! THE NINJA TURNS ON STEAMBOAT AND HITS HIM WITH THE TELEPHONE !!! RUDE WITH THE COVER !!! ONE ! TWO ! THREE !!! The match was a bit pedestrian at times, but once again, Steamboat is involved in a two sided war of a match. The arm work was brilliant, and from the first minute to the last, Rude was selling the arm as if it was broken, so you have to give credit where it's due there. This was a mile away from their boring as hell borefest from the Rumble one year. ***3/4 2 Cold Scorpio vs. Chris Benoit - WCW Superbrawl III See when Paul Heyman says he was the one to make Benoit famous in the US ? Don't listen to him. This match MADE him and Scorpio. To this day I haven't had the oppertunity to see this bad boy. Bell rings and here we go. Lockup and into the ropes they go. We have a clean break from that. Lockup and into the ropes again. Kick to the stomach and then Benoit with a Headbutt and then a Forearm. Scorpio into the ropes and a Back Elbow from Benoit. Snap Suplex from Benoit and he definately hit that one sweet. Stomp to the back of the head. Chops from Benoit. Scorpio into the corner and a BEAUTIFUL Springboard Cross Body and a Dropkick. Spin Kick sends Benoit to the floor. Benoit back into the ring. Lockup and Benoit works on the arm. Scorpio with some flopping and flipping and then Benoit goes to the arm with the Arm Wrench. More flipping and Scorpio to the arm, so Benoit with some nice mat wrestling sends Scorpio down. That gets some well earned applause. Release Northern Lights Suplex from Too Cold and then he goes to the arm. I'm gonna settle with calling Scorpio by the name of Cold. For my own good. Arm Bar from Cold. Hammerlock from Cold and then he does some turning around and puts some right good wrench on it. He locks the arm between the feet and then falls back. He does this a second time. Hammerlock and Benoit to his feet and he gets a Hammerlock. Cold drops behind and does a flip. Japanese Arm Drag sends Benoit to the floor. Some right crisp stuff from Too Cold there. Benoit back into the ring and they lock hands and we have a Test of Strength. Benoit bridges back. Benoit tries to use his knees to take down Benoit. That just isn't working right now is it ? Cold with the Monkey Flip. Dropkick and then an Arm Drag and an Arm Bar from Cold. That's cool as f**k there. Kick to the stomach and a forearm from Benoit and then a Headbutt. Benoit into the ropes and we have some flipping. Cold misses a Dropkick, but Benoit misses an Elbow Drop and eats a Superkick. Back to the Arm Drag and Arm Bar from Cold. Benoit fights out and sends Cold face first into the top buckle. Cold into the ropes. Spin Kick from Cold misses and he eats a Clothesline. Cold into the ropes and Benoit with a Clothesline. Backbreaker from Benoit and then he stretches the back over the knee. Kick to the head from Cold and that gets him out. Snapmare and then a Sleeper Hold from Benoit. Shot to the head from Benoit and then a Front Suplex drops Cold on the top rope. Kick brings Cold back into the ring and then Benoit with stomps. Forearm from Benoit and then Cold makes a fight back and heads for the top. He misses the Top Rope Dropkick and Benoit gets a two count from that. Snapmare and then another Chinlock from Benoit. Cold brings himself to his feet and fights out of the move. Cold into the ropes and he runs into a Spinebuster. ELEVATED BOSTON CRAB FROM BENOIT !!! Benoit lets go and goes to the stomping. Snapmare and a Chinlock from Benoit. Benoit with a right hand and then he goes to the chops. Cold then gets set on the top rope. TOP ROPE BACK DROP SUPLEX FROM BENOIT !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... COLD KICKS OUT !!! Russian Legsweep from Benoit and that gets a two count. Cold with a reversal for a two count of his own. We're heading into the final stretch. Benoit into the ropes and he comes out with a right hand. WILD BOMB FROM BENOIT !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! Gutwrench Suplex ... COUNTERED INTO A SUNSET FLIP FROM COLD !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! Cold into the corner and Benoit runs into a boot. Enziguri from Cold. Clothesline from Cold follows that. Cold into the corner and he hits a right hand. Benoit into the corner and a Spinning Avalanche from Scorpio in the corner. Cold to the top rope. TWISTING MOONSAULT FROM COLD !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! Cold gets dropped on his front. Second Rope Leg Drop gets a two count for Benoit. SMALL PACKAGE FROM SCORPIO !!! ONE ! TWO ! THRE ... KICKOUT !!! SCORPIO WITH A VICTORY ROLL !!! ONE ! TWO ! THREEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!! That was a superb little match between those two guys, and yes, it absolutely made them. Some of the stuff they were doing was unheard of at the time in the US. The main highlight of the match was Too Cold Scorpio. Everything he did in this match looked absolutely magnificent. A lot of credit has to go to Benoit though who brought the aggression in spades. ****1/4 http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6syek_2-cold-scorpio-vs-chris-benoit_sport Team Angle and Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit and Brock Lesnar - WWE No Way Out 2003 Edge was supposed to be the tag team partner of the two babyfaces here, but he injured his shoulder and had to be taken out of the match. Brock Lesnar was over as hell as a babyface showing that he could do pretty much anything, but it helped that Angle was an awesome heel at this point. We start with Benoit and Shelton in the ring. Lockup and into the corner they go. Clean break from them and a lockup again. Arm Ringer from Shelton and then Benoit with a takedown. Benoit with the Headbutt and he charges down Shelton. Shelton whipped hard into the buckles and then a Forearm and right hands. Haas tagged in and eats a Back Body Drop and then a Clothesline. Into the corner and in comes Brock to a MASSIVE pop. Kicks in the corner from Lesnar and then into the corner and Shoulder Blocks. Suplex from Lesnar. Hiptoss sends Haas across the ring and now Lesnar wants a piece of Angle. Angle steps off of the apron and Haas takes the chance to go at him. Gorilla Press Slam from Lesnar and then Shelton runs into the same thing. Angle runs in and Brock turns around and that means Angle turns tail and gets out of there. Head first into the buckles and Lesnar works over Haas. Angle chokes Lesnar but then he gets pulled into the ring, but then Shelton with the Superkick. Angle wants to be tagged in now that Lesnar is down. Angle then with a Chinlock. Lesnar picks Angle up on his back. Lesnar charges Angle into the corner, but Angle refuses to let the hold go. Lesnar is once again fighting back into the match. Lesnar charges Angle face first into the top buckle. Angle tags in Shelton and in comes Benoit as well. Back Elbows for Team Angle and then a Back Body Drop on Shelton. SNAP SUPLEX LANDS HAAS ON SHELTON !!! RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX ON ANGLE !!! ROLLING GERMANS ON SHELTON !!! The cut-throat and he's heading for the top rope. Haas catches onto the leg. POP UP BELLY 2 BELLY SUPLEX FROM ANGLE OFF THE TOP !!! LESNAR TAKES A MASSIVE BUMP OFF OF THE APRON !!! Benoit is now in trouble. Shelton chokes Benoit with the knee. In comes Haas with some stomping. Benoit into the corner and Haas runs into a boot, but then Benoit runs into a Belly 2 Belly Suplex and that gets a two count. Angle is then tagged into the match. Stomps from Angle. Angle then taunts Lesnar. Angle is relentless with the stomping on Benoit. Snapmare and then a Front Facelock from Angle. Benoit with a School Boy for a two count. Small Package gets the same result. Chop from Benoit. Angle into the ropes. RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX FROM ANGLE !!! ONE ! TWO ! KICKOUT !!! Haas back into the ring. Body Slam from Haas and then he knocks Lesnar off of the apron. AWA SPECIAL FROM TEAM ANGLE !!! ONE ! TWO ! KICKOUT !!! Benoit comes back with chops. Drop Toe Hold from Shelton stops Benoit from getting into the corner. Doesn't stop Benoit from trying his hardst. Enziguri misses and a mule kick hits. HOT TAG !!! Belly 2 Belly Suplex on everyone !!! BRUTAL FUCKING SPEAR FRM LESNAR TO TEAM ANGLE !!! F-5 ON ANGLE ... Shelton makes the save. BENOIT WITH A BRUTAL RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX ON HAAS !!! CROSSFACE/ANGLE LOCK EXCHANGE FROM BENOIT AND ANGLE !!! Team Angle hit the ring. CROSSFACE ON HAAS AND HAAS IS THE LEGAL MAN !!! Shelton breaks it, but here comes Lesnar. F-5 ON ANGLE !!! CROSSFACE ON HAAS !!! HAAS TAPS !!! That was a fun match considering it was handicap rules. Do WWE realise what level of star they had in Lesnar ? The guy has been a major money maker for UFC, he was super over in his time in WWE and is just generally money wherever he goes. Haas and Shelton were just so green. They had no character and they just went through the motions at this point, but they allowed Benoit and Lesnar to work their magic and this turned into good stuff. ***3/4 The Big Show vs. Shane McMahon, Last Man Standing Match - WWE Backlash 2001 The build up for this was good. Mainly because Shane McMahon did "Shane and the Beanstalk". Shane McMahon was fueding with his dad at the time, having bought WCW from under his nose, and then beat him at Wrestlemania X-7 in a great match which involved the help of Mick Foley and Linda McMahon. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1uwuj_funny-shane-mcmahon-story_fun The match starts with Shane doing a runner. Probably not the worst tactic. CANE TO THE HEAD OF SHOW !!! Shane goes mental with the cane. Tray to the head of Show. Shane jumps into a choke but Shane with more cane shots. Clothesline from Show and that's it. Show throws Shane into the ring, but Shane comes back with some chair shots and Show sweeps him. CHAIR TO THE HEAD OF SHOW !!! RUNNING LEAPING CHAIR SHOT BREAKS THE CHAIR !!! Shane still wants to use the chair though. Shane heads for the floor and brings out a bag of tools. Shane masks up. SHANE USES CHLOROFORM ON SHOW !!! The commentators should be selling it and they aren't. Fucking idiots. The fans chant for Shane O Mac. The Show is down. Vince McMahon hits the ring and he hits Shane with a chair. CHAIR TO THE HEAD OF CHAIR !!! The Big Show is coming around. The Big Show picks up Shane and throws him into the corner and hits a series of knees. Sidewalk Slam from Show. Open Hand Slap to the chest of Shane and then he tosses him into the middle of the ring. THE FINAL CUT FROM SHOW !!! Show picks up Shane again. CHOKESLAM FROM SHOW !!! The Big Show picks up Shane. Test hits the ring. BIG BOOT BRINGS DOWN BIG SHOW !!! Test tries to get Shane ready, but then Show attacks from behind and sends him over the top rope and to the floor. The Big Show then sends Test over the railing into the front row. Back to the ringside area and Test gets thrown into the ringsteps. The Big Show then brawls with Test up the aisle. Why is he doing this ? Sign to the head of Show several times, but then Test gets rammed into the big horn of the entranceway. Test gets laid on something, but Shane McMahon is heading up the aisle and attacks with a sign. The Big Show comes out from behind a curtain with a pipe. Shane McMahon then climbs the Backlash entrance way and The Big Show follows. Test grabs Show and Shane goes to the very top. Cookie sheet to the head and the fans chant "Holy Shit" as Shane is on the very top of the entrance way. SHANE MCMAHON WITH THE BIGGEST ELBOW DROP IN THE HISTORY OF WRESTLING !!! SWEET MOTHER OF CHRIST Test helps Shane McMahon get up and The Big Show is counted down. Time to get it straight. This was merely a passable brawl. There was some right big points against it. Why did The Big Show completely forget about Shane McMahon and why did he just constantly help him to his feet ? Then we come to that ending. Just one of the greatest things ever to happen on a wrestling PPV. Even though the landing was very protected, there is no way that this can't have been risky as f**k and all credit to the kid for that one. Boring brawl though. **

  4. Probably wise. You'd only get into bother jumping up and shouting "YAAAAAAASSS" when Scotland score.

  5. Cassandra Eason - Pagan in the City (Quantum Publishing - £11.99) An excellent guide to adapting the principals of a nature based ethos into the modern city environment. There are somevery good tips on how to maintain your natural solar and lunar bio-rhythyms within an increasingly 24/7 city lifetsyle, and advice on reducing work induced stress levels. There is a very helpful section on bringing nature into the modern home, for example creating a focal hearth point for families to gather round and communicate rather than live separate existences within the fabric of the same house. She also has advice on how to de-stress the workplace to make it more harmonious, productive and self-enriching. A very helpful book that brings a new slant to an ancient practice existing within the 21st century and the bullet points suggesting courses of action at the end of each Chapter are recommended as a useful aide-memoire. Och, it's a Friday, knock yerselves out! *Promises to read a Mills and Boon 'bodice-ripper' next.....*

  6. I thought the same thing as you! However right at the end the main character says something along the lines of, im paraphrasing here, "Around 7 hours ago New York City was attacked by..." Where did he get this 7 hours from then? I added an hour for the party before said incident.
