Probably learnt a lot over the summer at Sheff Utd and will know he needs to raise his level if he wants to get back there. Was hard for anyone to look good in that Ayr team last season. The wording in the AP is "Ayr are now close to adding an experienced former SPL central defender who they have tracked all summer. And a Premier League wide man could follow on a 93-day loan deal."
