P&B golf and football fanatics can get the chance to feature on the small screen in the 'Profantastic Golf Challenge' which will be broadcast on national television taking place this September.

This independent initiative features football fans playing golf as supporters of the club they love.

The competition runs from 2nd September at The Hertfordshire Golf Club where Arsenal fans Spurs fans and Millwall fans challenge for a place in the competitions Grand Final.

From there the event continues:

Royal Hampton Court Palace (7th Sept – West Ham fans and Chelsea fans),
Beau Desert (15th Sept - Fans of Aston Villa, Birmingham, Wolves and West Brom),
Marriott Worsley Park (17th Sept - Fans of United, City, Liverpool and Everton),
Cawder Golf Club (21st Sept - Hamilton, and Motherwell fans)
Cawder Golf Club (22nd Sept – Celtic and Rangers fans)
The Royal Musselburgh Golf Club (24th Sept - Hibs and Hearts fans)
Ramside Hall, Durham (28th Sept - Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough fans).

Each regional heat will give fans the opportunity to represent their clubs supporters by taking part in a 2-ball tournament, with the winning 2-ball team from each set of fans, automatically qualifying for the Grand Final.

The whole tournament will be televised from the heats right through to the Grand Final, which will be held at a top golf resort in either Portugal or Turkey in late October, where the fans will then compete against 2-ball teams from all over Britain, each captained by their individual football legend.

Entry is just £119 + vat each for the whole day, which includes pre golf hospitality, 18 holes of televised championship golf, a hot buffet afterwards, an opportunity to mix with the legends, plus prizes and giveaways etc
