All We Know About FIFA 22

EA has been on the top of the table when it comes to the sports genre of the gaming industry but their games often come with blunders, from petty glitches to annoying constant bugs along with all the immense fun, EA Sports franchise FIFA just has it all. Now that the football season is at an end, a new FIFA game is sure to hit the market in just a couple of months as EA has been following this decade long tradition of introducing a new game to the series every year and it’s not bound to FIFA, EA actually has whole sports line up with NBA series falling second in line. Now as we are getting closer to seeing a new FIFA title in town, here is everything we know about FIFA 22, so far.

Is FIFA the Greatest Sports Game?

While, sports games might not be as complex as the other genres of video games are because they focus on no more than a single concept around which the whole game is developed. FIFA for instance, is a simple football game where two teams play against each other trying to score more goals by shooting the ball into the net. As simple as it sounds, EA has been doing a lot reworks and experiments to introduce more features with every new iteration of the game but personally I think, EA is just trying to add more “pay to win” features to the game hiding it behind other features but other than that there is nothing more to the recent FIFA titles with a few little upgrades of course.

And that is the reason why people are starting to hate the new FIFA games and personally I would prefer spending my money on a Rocket League account, at least it stays true to its core idea. Even if we compare the prices on items in Rocket League vs FIFA, EA is trying to rip players off in any way it can.

The whole world is familiar with the franchise when it comes to football because EA surely does the job quite well when it comes to the complexities of making a perfectly balanced sports game, be it basketball or UFC, EA just doesn’t hold back. However they have been getting stick from the fans for their last few games as the fan favorites in the franchise date back to 2008 to 2015 and fans haven’t been pleased much after these times but with the upcoming game in the franchise, FIFA 22 we see a ray of hope bursting through the clouds of bugs and glitches that have hovered over the franchise since long now.

What’s new in FIFA 22

After tons of speculation, we finally have some news on the game and the official cover star for FIFA 22 is France’s Kylian Mbappe. He was also the face of FIFA 21 and the Kid has made sure of his return by performing even better this year. With no major delays expected, the game is all set to hit the store on 1st of October this year. It is released on Pc as well as all major consoles like Xbox X series and Ps5.

The game is said to be mastered like none before it, it includes over 4000 new animations to increase the intensity of the game and replicate real life of football as much as possible. The visuals are much more accurate than any other previous game in the franchise and the ball movement is going to be much smoother and dynamic to give you a surreal feel of play. The game has been prominently improved when it comes to gameplay and most essentially the career mode. Tactics are set to get an overhaul to make the gameplay even better and more intense.

FIFA 21 had a hundred football icons and FIFA 22 is all set to have a greater number of legends than that. FIFA 22 is going to have a whole new depth of customization when it comes to career mode, you can customize your stadium's color, and even the chants that fans are going to be singing out loud. There are going to be many aesthetic improvements like wider angle and better camera positioning like they had in FIFA 21. There are a lot of features that are obviously taken from FIFA 21 but with a improved version, the developers have tried their best to neutralize all the bugs and glitches that previous games have had for a way smoother experience for the players, being a football fan and a player I love FIFA myself but some of the games in the franchise turned out to be so bad that it almost got on my nerves but I have high expectations with FIFA 22 and I hope EA makes sure their game is up to the mark this time.
