The charity Alzheimer Scotland today launches a new website,
footballmemories.org.uk, where you can browse celebrity memories, read
other supporters’ football stories and contribute your own.
You can share your favourite memory, or even write about the highlight of your own playing career – whether it was with your school team, on the five-a-side pitches or even on the X-box!
While you’re on the site, please check out the great research the charity’s Football Reminiscence Project is doing to help improve the quality of life of people with dementia by talking about football, and learn about the simple ways you can help by sharing your love of the game.
