Dear Mr Ogilvie, (open letter alert

)
You're getting a bit forgetful in your old age. You say in your interview....
Quote:I keep hearing about Vladimir saying he was going to win the Champions League with Hearts; I'm yet to find a direct quote from him on that. I don't think, being honest, he thought he could come in here and win the Champions League Here it is in The Times, dated 15th October 2005.........
Quote:“Our goal has to be champions of Europe. I want us to be at the stage where to do anything else, to come back without the trophy, would be shameful. I’d like to do it quicker but I think we’re looking at three years. Nobody believes us. That’s fine. Three years should suffice.” You'll note the quotation marks which have been lifted directly from the article, which can be read here......
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/spo...icle578561.eceThe whole thing's absolutely hilarious by the way and well worth a read.
It's up there on a par with.....
"I don't think they would have any debt by the end of this year,". Again, note the quotation marks. The article is dated October 2004 and is
HERE.
Or what about.....
"There are various option still to be explored, but we intend our outlined planning application to go in within the next week,". That was Phil (remember him) and those pesky quotation marks are there again! That one's dated 12th October 2005 yet as far as I'm aware planning permission is still outstanding and it's Hearts who are holding things up.
And I could add.....
"World Cup players from Europe," was his response to being asked for names of the defender and midfielder. "There are two players who played in the World Cup, but after that there is a holiday. They have not signed yet. I hope next week, starting from Monday, I am hopeful of two or three players coming in." Would you believe it, it's those damn quotation marks again. This time it's Valdas in July 2006. You can read it
HERE. Funnily enough, it's hilarious too!
I could go on but you know what, it's too ****ing easy.
How much of what you came out with today is the truth?
Seems to cover it nicely.
