Crichton For The Win But Heston Will Prove Tough Opponents If They Play Anything Like They Did The Other Week There. Heston Need To Bounce Back From Their Defeat To Creetown At The Weekend If They Are To Provide A Challenge Though.

The winners of the Heston v Crichton tie will have home advantage I beleive.

That leads me on to another point. Am I alone in thinking that neither team should have home advantage for a cup final?

Yes Heston or Crichton at home on Saturday, 13th December (2 weeks time)...used to be all Cup Finals were on neutral grounds but meant another Club having to make arrangments etc.. It was felt many years ago that this was the best system to suit although I would agree that this is arguable..Mind you Saints won this Cup last season by beating Stranraer .....at Kirkcudbright!!!

Was an excellent game.

Saints were 3-0 up after half an hour then Wigtown hit 2 back before the break and equalised just after half time. Maxi got the winner with 5 minutes left.

Both teams deserve credit for their performances
