My Firefox updated a few days ago (3.0.4) and since then It has started crashing everytime I have a few tabs open or stream video or radio to a stage where I'm just getting sick of it.

Is there anyway I can roll back to an earlier version or alternatively suggest a better browser that isn't constantly breaking?

Was thinking of giving Safari a try, is it worth the bother?

Got to say mine hasn't, and I use the browser all the time. Perhaps the update conflicts with an extension you are running?

only extension i run is adblock

Not had any issues apart from my screen going dark which has nothing to do with Firefox. I'm on 3.0.4

The only issues I've had was when I updated Flash to version 10 but since installing the Firefox plugin, I've had no issues at all.

Safari seems to run much smoother and faster on Vista than it does on XP, whereas Firefox seems to be the opposite.

The Mozilla forums have reported common issues when one of the tabs runs www.beastiality.com. A fix is being developed so fret not.

Very droll rolleyes.gif

Serious question - has safari changed much since the early windows release?

Reina
Safari is horrible on Windows, in my opinion, but it is excellent on the Mac. Much like most all Apple products.
