We probably all feel that keepers are over protected but apparently the rule is that when a keeper is kicking the ball from hand the ball is not deemed to be in play until he kicks it. So Van Persie was guilty of an illegal challenge.

I was amazed to see Hart in nets yesterday because he couldn't put any weight at all on his foot at Hull last week.

Personally thought it was a touch of class from Van Persie.

It was a daft foul to give away. It isn't even surprising anymore. Clearly a foul, no arguments from anyone other than Van Percy, who seems to be a bit of a dick.
