In the studio, NOT videos

The Orb - Blue Room(the ultimate piss-take) chess
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit octave lower
Manic Street Preachers - Faster balaclava
Happy Mondays - Hallelujah quality
Sabrina - Boys, Boys, Boys boobies
YER SISTERS YER MAW
Oasis-Roll With It i think it was where Liam and Noel swapped roles with liam pretending to play guitar and Noel miming on vocals. It just proved how ridiculous a show TOTP was with acts miming on stage to their hits instead of doing a live performance.

The Faces with John Peel on mandolin and Rod Stewart kicking footballs into the crowd.
Madness - One Step Beyond when they left the stage and sort of conga-ed through the crowd. I don't think it was in the script.
Get Down by Gilbert O'Sullivan danced by Pan's People with a bunch of dogs. I was anticipating one of the dogs having to be forcably removed from one of their legs. I know I would.
Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich - Legend of Xanadu in which a whip was cracked but never at the same time as on the recorded soundtrack.
Arthur Mullard and Hilda Baker - You're the One That I Want - the worst performance of a song EVER. It was supposed to be funny but absolutely wasn't.
I could go on but I won't.

That was unreal, don't think the audience could quite believe what they were witnessing.

I have got that on DVD the version I have got has a 2nd disc with TV appearances on inc TotP and the infamous Late Show live appearance when the power cut and Brownie is walking round in the background shouting "AMATEURS, AMATEURS !!"

The Roses were excellent tight rhythm section, brilliant guitarist, great lyrics, sh1te singer. You've got to love Brownie tho, he was the template for Liam Gallagher, Richard Ashcroft etc his solo stuff is excellent as well, have you heard Squires solo album ! dry.gif
