Jamie, could you provide as much details as possible from the first senior game I ever attended please? It was Rangers v Partick Thistle at Ibrox. I'm sure the date was January 1st 1976 and Rangers won 1-0. I'm sure the goalscorer was either Derek Johnstone or Derek Parlane but that's as much as I remember. Do you have the teams including subs, attendance, referee and of course the goalscorer. Also if possible could you give results of any other top flight matches played that day.

Can't tell you much, but it was 1st Jan 1977 (not 1976), some info here on what else was played around then.

Derek Johnstone scored in the 82nd minute.
