Seeing as how our clubs in the Scottish Cup have proved there isn't such a big gap between the South and the Highland or East Leagues can the League not organise a website for the League. As most clubs seem to have people who post on here could each one not have someone to contribute to an official website and raise the profile of the League ? The league is'nt as bad as most people like to make out and a bit of a higher profile would surely help ?

Saints,Crichton,Newton Stewart,Stranraer all have websites they are the ones i know of.

But i do agree the league should have its own website as the East,Highland and Junior leagues have a website for their associations.

I agree and through advertising ALL clubs in the South could receive a regular income which would be a great benefit but the problem is the editing of a site as it is only of value if it is kept up to date....is there any volunteers out there?

Surely wouldn't take much - just put up scores and an updated league table, perhaps contact details of the clubs.

Totally agree. It only takes one fan of each club to contribute and you can have an up to date and informative website. The league should have one as the EOSL do but as with everything it requires someone to make the effort to set it up and run it.

The Youth League have a great website which has a notice board, all the fixtures, referees and league tables. The website is free. Check it out: www.dgyfda.leaguerepublic.com

LeagueRepublic is a very handy tool, free also. Several associations use it including the Border Amateur FA and Orkney FA, might not be much but it would be a start.
