Who was your Man of the Match yesterday?
I would go for Scott Brown - best performance in a long time for him.
However my mates thought Gary Naysmith and Shaun Maloney were the star men. What do you think?

I actually thought that Captain Kirk wasn't too bad yesterday. Again.

Naysmith and Maloney were impressive. Brown was also good.

Maloney just needs to provide that little bit more, end product-wise I guess. Maybe he'll get there but I think Id have left McFadden on the wing instead of Maloney when the subs were made.
Faddy was poor as the lone man upfront - its 100% not his position. Free role behind a proper target man is where he belongs. Unfortunately that aint Miller which leaves Faddy on the wing or as super-sub, unless we can find a good target man striker....
....hmmm.....
Iwelumo and Fletcher were good, the ball really stuck upfront when they were on. I havent seen such sustained attacks from us for a long time (we've been a counter attacking team for many years) and I reckon that could go somewhere. If Iwelumo had scored I think we'd already be assessing a potential new brand of attacking football for us with the big men up front.
Brown was brilliant.

scott browns best game for ages
Broon for me, he was everywhere.
Brown for me, real hunger to drive the team forward, did pretty much what was asked of him, ie sitting midfielder breaking up play & picking up scraps.
Who the funk voted for D.Fletcher, i assumme thats a windup??

Clearly Scott Brown, he was everywhere and never gave up, the lad has had a lot of stick from the section of wankers at Celtic Park that hate everyone who isn't from Donegal and wants to fight for the coz!!!
Brown showed his class yesterday and I would have him in my team anytime.

John Carew.
Have to say he looked quite good yesterday, but up against a donkey like Caldwell it really isn't that hard.

How was he impressive, out of position most of the time, no checking back, poor passing and no speed..now I can't see what is impressive with that.

Scott Brown. Fought for every ball. Didn't put a foot wrong.

That maybe the case, but that is mostly due to Strachan not playing him in his best position, and if I'm honest the Celtic games I have been to when Nakamura or McGeady don't play well, I don't hear the same insults or anger aimed at them, so why do the Celtic fans have a go at Brown.
To be honest, I hope he leaves Celtic and comes to the EPL, because he will make it there and his gain will be Celtic's loss.

I think hes been really good for us recently, I hope we keep him for years to come because hes got so much potential to be better than lambert/lennon was for us.

Dont be fuckin stupid! C'mon really he isn't anywhere near that standard. His first touch is shocking and he can make 10yard passes look incredibly difficult often giving them away.
