Posts like the attached and the subsequent replies are scary, FF would not look out of place in 1930's Germany I'd suggest
QUOTE (Bilkobear)
Thread after thread on this board addressing the question of the publicity campaign against Rangers Supporters.
Agonising posts about what we should and shouldn't sing.
Hand wringers to belligerent non appeasers.
Endless debate about fairness and level playing fields.
None of it matters until you realise the real reason why we find ourselves here and now in this position.
As I have said before, we are in the middle stages of a cultural war.
The power struggle between two tribes is being played out in front of our eyes, it is just that one tribe are in denial that it is happening at all.
The position of Protestant Supremacy in Scotland is being assaulted on all sides.
The first stages of this cultural struggle have ended.
This stage was carried out whilst the Protestant people slept.
During the struggle in Ulster the Catholic population in Scotland learned well the importance of politics, propaganda and placemen.
During the sixties, seventies and eighties they sought out places in the press, media and politics.
They took control of the Unions and Labour Party and infiltrated key positions in the BBC in Scotland, Glasgow University and the Scottish National Newspapers.
They promoted from within their own community and favoured each other for positions that became available.
Hence they control whole Councils and areas of Public Sector Employment.
We are now in the middle stage of the cultural struggle.
This is where propaganda is used to win the moral argument, and to break the will and determination of an opponent to resist.
That the Rangers Support find themselves in the front line is of no surprise.
Rangers are the last Protestant Castle.
Rangers represent the last real token of Protestant resistance.
The sole voice of unvarnished honest Protestant political and cultural expression, in an otherwise public landscape where the muzzling of 'political correctness' controls our words and views, and permeates our community with the fear of condemnation for speaking out of turn.
Political correctness is just one propaganda tool used to keep us in our new place.
On the back foot.
Always apologising.
Always guilt ridden.
Always retreating.
There is nothing new about the terracing or stands of a football ground being a stage of political resistance for a community who feel threatened, or denied freedom of expression through normal public channels.
There are many examples from the Balkans and indeed from Third World Countries.
Ironically the Fenians at Celtc Park claim that their own glorification of the IRA Terrorist campaign was just that.
Albeit that they were in the wrong country?
Cultural struggles are often fought through proxy.
Thus the Cold War battles were fought in client states of the USSR and the USA, and the struggle continued without either power having to face each other in a direct military confrontation.
That the cultural struggle in Scotland is presently taking place through the medium of football should surprise no one.
After all, the Church of Scotland has already surrendered, there is no Protestant Political Voice, and we have lost control of our Press.
It is now a just a question of breaking our will, and then the end game can commence.
Soon there will be no Protestants at all.
