Massive support today you had of about 200.
Also I see in todays programme that Livi didn't have 1000 through the gates for a 'top of the table' clash last week, embarrassing.

Dundee crowd today was dire.
Not that I can blame them if they're playing like that every week.
But yeah, I still expected better.

You must be mad they are a huge club with massive travelling support. I assume it was problems on the motorway again. Part time beckons

Does that mean we had just over 1,000 at Livi?

i think the most obvious decline in dundees support was last saturday against us.
was expecting the usual of under 2-3000 to come, was greeted with a fair bit less than one thousand.
st johnstones support for that game was around 3300 i believe, and it has shockingly dropped to just over 2 thousandish today (i am being a hypocrite if i put it down as i was working and couldnt make the game myself)

Considering that it's not exactly next door, I thought we had a great following through today

Clyde's on the other hand..

Picking and choosing games? Why not - if it costs £20 or so to get to a game, I'm not surprised people don't turn up for a match against Airdrie.

Our home support seems to be up by about 1000.
Big improvement but it could be better.
Away supports haven't been great however which is disappointing.

Has there ever been a more pointless thread. I'd guess that the majority of the folk that read this attend their team's games. So who is the "shocking" comment directed to? Yes, the folk who don't go and so don't read this thread. Aye we all want the OF fans to support their local teams but it doesn't happen. Small crowds are sad not shocking. P&P should be about discussing fitba' not crowd sizes that none of us can do anything about.
On second thoughts (hmm!) I suppose it was a smart move to keep all this daft talk in one thread. Ignore the above! ^

The facts are Sean that a large proportion of the haters only appear when Dundee visit...........and we are playing pysh at the moment therefore a lot and i include myself here could not be bothered dragging there arses along the A90 to pay £17.00 to watch an overprided pysh game between two overhyped pysh teams .....that plus our teams finances mean a lot of Dees prefer to keep there hard earned in the local community IE Dundee .........the much lower travelling Dundee support this season should keep most other teams fans happy though as there will be far fewer pissed Dees running amok through there towns......hey ho everyone wins

On that note, our bus stopped at the services near Aberfeldy yesterday on the way up to Dingwall, and at the same time a minibus of Celtic fans heading the other way pulled in. One of them said:
"Who are yous playing today, is it Ross County? I hope ye f**k the b*****ds." in a strong highland accent. Nice to see people looking out for their local teams.

I suppose we're doing quite well in that Morton haven't won a league game yet but still manage gates over 2000...
Will it be that way in the months to come? I doubt it.

i really couldnt care what our away support numbered yesterday. 250 seems about right for the gash football on show the past few weeks.

No chance. There were easily 1,000 of us there. Including the school kids who got in for free
