He appeared on RangersTV which doesn't sit well with many. - I have no problem with this
He constantly plays Daquin to balance the midfield. - I have no problem with this.
His tactical nous to take off an atacking midfielder and leave on a defensive midfielder when we're being beaten. - I have a problem with this.
David Cowan - I have a problem with this.
It is interesting.
I thought he was regarded as the man for the job until reading views on here recently. Personally, I've always loathed him in the way I feel you should for Old Firm players - especially the ones who nearly kicked someone's head off on TV.
I can see why the Rangers TV stuff would piss some off despite Dundee's reputation on here. It would bug me too, but wouldn't surprise me.
However, surely the main thing is simply the fact that Dundee haven't started the season in a way which suggests they're going up. That's not to say they won't, but the pressure on Dundee to get back up is now such , that if it starts to look unlikely, people will question whether a change is needed before all hope is gone.
I felt a bit the same way myself about Burley after Macedonia.
When a big (ish) club are seen as slumming it, their managers don't have the luxury of time and this one's is probably up soon, takeover or otherwise.
