Read in the paper this morning that robbie winters has scored 20 goals in 20 games for brann bergen. Surely that kind of goalscoring form is worth a call up? Stevie Crawford was picked on goals alone and somehow is still picked squad after squad!
Berti says he is going to go and see him AFTER the next two games. Surely someone could pop out to norway and have a look for him? Are friendlies not the time to bring new players in, rather than waiting till picking the squad for the norway game!

Get him out now, I want strachan!!!
Ric
Actually if Berti is going to persist in not picking Robbie Winters then I think he should be kept in the job.

The boy isn't international quality and although many others Berti has capped haven't been either that shouldn't mean he should keep picking them.

20 goals in 20 games is indeed impressive, but do you watch the Norwegian league?

The norwegian league can't be any worse than the SPL would be without the old firm (as far as I'm concerned). Like you said he has picked players that aren't international quality (you can't name many who are). The fact is the boy is on form and if he is talking about going to see him surely it is best done before a friendly rather than waiting for the extremely important qualifiers!!

Now if he would only drop stevie crawford i wouldnt even have started this post!
