you'll also need the LAME MP3 DLL download. Unzip it to the same folder as audiograbber lives in.
I use Audacity. It's fucking brilliant and stand alone. Free too.

If a muppet like me can use it, anyone can. There are also loads of effects you can add. I can't link to it as I'm at work, but google it and give it a go.
