Full Version: Is It Time To Back Celtic?
The Pie Shop > The Cups > Scots in Europe

Their abysmal away record will end at some point. The law of averages say it may be some time soon.

Given all the hype that now courts this issue and the obvious determination of the players to put it right is it time to make some cash ? 6/1 is a tidy price.

Will anyone climb aboard tonight?

I'm swithering. I look at us v Lyon away and see no reason why Celtic couldn't have their night and leave with three points.

could be a good time for celtic to play villareal they have a few players out. altho i think its good to see that a rangers fan is saying that about celtic, i dont think some of your other fans would be with you by backing celtic

Do you think he's gone home empty handed? unsure.gif

One for Celtic and for you thinking they would win.

If Rangers want to achieve anything of note in the Champions League in the coming seasons then they better hope Celtic pull it out the bag for them, and keep up the trend of reaching the last 16.

Otherwise it will be a while till they're automatic qualifiers, and they'll eventually drop from last qualifying round, to 2nd qualifying round and then they'll start hanging around with Total Network Solutions and the like.

Gordon Strachan has a 100% record with title success. I wouldn't be so confident.

The Uefa Cup's changing it's name to the Europa League next season, so that will be pretty exciting for you.

I think you'll find I have all the confidence in my side to pick up the title this season.

Mendes seems to have that creativity which we lacked from the title, and without the European football, we wont be tired so I reckon the title unless we do something stupid, should be at Ibrox come the end of the season.

Mendes is enjoying being the main man. Once Ferguson's back in the team, I think less of the ball will go through him, as tends to happen for any central midfielder alongside Fergie

Rangers might win it, but I still stand by my point that any smart Bear, would want Celtic to do well in Europe.

I said I was swithering.

In the end I parted with no cash.
