Hoping for a good game, sounds like the boys ran their luck a bit last week but then dont all good teams on the run up to a glorious season!
Peterhead will obviously pose a threat tomorrow but its hard to right off the bino's at home even though a lot of people do so i think it will be close, if the albion do win, they will fall behind first, or race into a good start, maybe even a couple of goals then hang on for their dear life the remainder of the game!
Think this could be the binos biggest test so far this season, hopefully we'll take something from the game though. After some encouraging performances in recent weeks, we really were hemmed in for much of the game against Raith who deserved their point, even if it was difficult to take. In spells(Arbroath, 1st half Alloa, majority of Ayr game) we look like a side capable of challenging at the right end of the table but whether we can sustain this is another question altogether.
From what I've seen so far, there's not much between most of the teams in this league but Peterhead, I fear, could be the side who have a wee bit more to offer.

I think Peterhead will hump the Albion tomorrow bring back Mark McNally!

I'd forgotten about them. No worries, Mrs Phoenix topped up my stocks following a recent trip to IKEA
I shall be absent too.
Got a golf match to play and the only time available is p.m. (It's matchplay so IKEA pencil won't be required).
If we are going to doing anything this season, we have to take something from matches such as this.
Far too early to talk about 6 pointers but it's all very well humping the shitey teams in the league (e.g. Alloa), it's games against the top teams that will ultimately determine whether we can push for a play-off slot.

Two points definitely dropped, we were the better team by far throughout that game, and even scored twice, but they were both disallowed. Didn't see much wrong with Grehan's goal to be honest.
Very frustrating afternoon, probably the best we've played this season, but just couldn't finish. And the officials were, once again, a complete joke.
Hey ho.

Roddy Grant accepts the 2nd goal being disallowed as Grehan appeared to push the Peterhead player. Grant had a Wenger moment for the first and didn't see the incident!

there were more albion chances dumped out of the final edit that there were peterhead chances dumped - so no bias editing.
my notes from the game had the albion at 18 chances/attempts etc at goal to 6 from peterhead

We were the better team throughout the game, with the exception of the last 15 mins of the first half. Peterhead almost scored a couple of times due to defensive mistakes but didn't really create anything of note themselves. We didn't create a hugh amount of good opportunities, but enough to score one that would have won us the game.

First 'goal' to be disallowed looks a very marginal call to say the least.

I paused it a few times and McKenna does look half a yard offside. This would certainly be consistent with the rest of the game where McKenna and Harty were continually offside.

He's definitely closer to goal than the defenders in shot. There may have been another playing him onside out of shot, but I doubt it.
I'd say Grehan's 'goal' is far more questionable. It's not a great camera angle but it doesn't look like there's much of a push. Had a striker gone down like the Peterhead defender, people would have been screaming for him to be booked for diving.
