I've just received terrible news....
Smokiejoe (Joe cargill, for lichties who know him) has passed away.
He had been working in the barrier reef and got into difficulty while on a dive.
Despite his work taking him around the world, he was always passionate about the lichties, on one occasion making a 36 hour round trip from the Gulf of Mexico just to make a game against Montrose.
I'm sure I speak on behalf of all, especially Edinlichtie, Lichtie23 and JimLichtie, when I say he'll be missed.
