TNA wrestling will be releasing there first ever video game on Friday. Even people who dont like wrestling have admitted to me that the WWE games are always good so it will be interesting to see how this one compares. The graphics look stunning and I think the Ultimate X Match will be great.

Anyone else giving it a look.

I checked it out in the shop, though with it coming out at the same time as pro evo and fifa i cant see myself buying it. Still a smart move to release before the new wwe game.

Yeah I seen it in Blockbuster today. They didnt have one to rent but. Im going to just buy it on Monday when I get paid.

Anyone given it a go yet then? I think it has its strenghs and its weaknesses.
The in ring gameplay is excellent IMO and better than SmackDown vs Raw.
The season mode is quite clever with the storyline but you dont get branching options so once youve finished it once theres no point in doing it again.
There isnt that many playable wrestlers. You only get about 15 at the start and maybe 10 more to unlock as the game goes on.

Its not bad, more accessable than last years smackdown effort.

Quality game

had this for a week now, it's a decent enough game but my god it frustrates the life out of me how you can pound the living daylights out of someone the whole time & then lose due to you not wanting to shake the analogue stick till it breaks off to kick out

Funnily enough that got me today as well. It was quite early in the match and Chris Sabin rolled me up. I forgot how to kick out and ended up getting beat.
