Weir to announce his retirement in the Retard on Monday morning.

I fucking hate that paper. Cocks like Neil 'the Tim' Cameron and Keech Jackson have been writing how great McManus and Brown are for the past two years. f**k off...and f**k off Traytor too!
MTJ
No loss.

Any centre half that can work out:
1 that you don't have to try and win every header. If the other boy is going to get it jump with him and not go through him giving away a needless foul.
2 that when someone goes buy you you don't have to take him out. Trust your team mates to cover you. Especially when the other team has a dead ball specialist.

McManus is far to naive for international football.

Berra, Anderson, Wilkie, Barr, Webster

All would be a better option than weir and in a lot of games (which arent a case of who is better at assault) than Mcmanus

Time after time today our useless defence where destroyed simply because they had no pace or movement

I just listed the others who you would suggest as replacements, the problem is Caldwell and McManus where a piss poor pairing today, they where found out proper

The whole team where shocking at the goal, not 1 of them reacted

I would say that all 4 of the defence today will be incredibly lucky to retain their place on Wednesday and will only do so because of the good old back patting club that the SFA is

Don't do it!
We can't both step down at the same time.

He is a disgrace. He left the team when they most needed him under Vogts, yes a bad time but made even worse if players start quitting. Comes back when a couple of Current Buns are in charge and then leaves again.

Far worse than any of that - he's leaving us with Gary Caldwell...

I was surprised with Caldwell against Macedonia. I thought he was our best outfield player and certainly head and shoulders above the rest of the defence. Only Craig Gordon was better in a Scotland shirt on the day. Caldwell made a superb goal saving challenge. Numerous other good blocks and carried the ball out of defence reasonably well. His distribution from the back was even good for once!!

Wilkie is not that slow. Plus man marked Ruud when we once beat holland at hampden.

Wilkie and Berra id like to be given a chance.

Did you watch any of the last qualifiers? The two were solid with help from Craig Gordon.
I agree about Weir it is time don't think he should have been capped against Northern Ireland it was a good chance to play somone like Darren Barr in beside McManus.

Thing seem to be slowlay falling apart under Burley.
Sir Kevin Of Kilsyth
I think that Weir is a lot better than McManus who I think is a complete donkey. I would have Weir and Caldwell at the back for now.

Fucking hell! Just found this gem. That list is terrifying. Do you remember Wilkie and Pressley's star turn when Holland humped us 6-0. As for Webster and Anderson, are they still playing? I've not seen either of them kick a ball competitively for ages.
