10am.

Quite Excited to see the draw today. We went out in the first round last year so hopefully we can do better this year.

37 ties were drawn involving (obviously) 74 clubs. I think there will have been 165 clubs to start with as 37 winners + 91 byes = 128 clubs for the next round.

First tie out of the hat was Strathspey Thistle v Muirkirk (not shown above).

Some of the North teams could be on the end of double figure defeats and I mean no disrespect to any of them but they are playing some of the top team's in Junior football.

Irvine Meadow v Bishopmill
Auchinleck v Nairn
New Elgin v Lochee United

Double figures a certainty for Meadow.

163 clubs this year - Aberdeen Lads Club would have made it 164 but they've taken a year out. I think as someone points out, a tie was omitted.

Last time they beat Haddington 3-1 was in 1990 huh.gif

Seem to be running hot and cold (although they have our number - beat us twice last season. 4-2). They spent a few seasons at the arse end of the South Division but seem to be on the up. They moved to a new ground (Hermand Park) at the start of this season.

Obviously, as new boys, you'll be the surprise package but I'll guess a tough game awaits
