i can when i connect directly to the moden, but i cent when i use my router.

ive tried all the setting but to be honest, i dont really know if what im doings right.

help anyone?

oh and when i do the test it stops at the IP bit and says thats the part failed

Start from the beginning. I take it you mean Xbox Live?

What router are you using?

assign your 360 an ip address firstly, and make sure the router allows that to see the internet.
