Fleet Star were pritty poor. Keeper Wullie McMillan was wrotten. Stranraer were on top most of the game. Three up at half time goals were deflected efforts. Fleet had limited chances first half best fell to Kevin Jamieson.
Second half Fleet seemed to role over.

Nothing like the way the Fleet Star team I saw at the end of last season.
This is the one
Mids 2 - 2 Abbey Vale

Scott Findlater and Ricky Baxter for Vale, Kuklinski and Kirkpatrick for Mids.
Not much in the game neither team really did enough to win it although Vale in particular could have won it with some decent chances late on.

First team in the paper with the manager under pressure.....how strong a team did the reserves put out?...surely some will be promoted to the first team if the press are to be believed?

Thanks Galabankie strong Annan team out tonight then............how does this team compare to Saturdays defeat against Heston?.......is it a case of don't get Annan if they don't have a first team game? You are now in the same position to Stranraer where your reserves should be strong and the guys not getting 90 on the Sat will play for the reserves midweek......only two subs listed? Steven and Struan? Thought you had a sunday team and youth teams...surely you could have had at least 3 subs? lol

Saints 1 (Clarke) Wigtown 3 (McMillan 2, A.Dougan)

A shocking performance from Saints sad.gif but all credit definately goes to Wigtown they simply wanted it more and Saints got what they deserved.

Wigtown were only a couple of players away from their strongest team when we played them. From what I heard they actually had a lot more players missing last night. Clearly Wigtown are still a decent side because an away win at Kirkcudbright is never easy.

Team was; Leith, Whorlow, Wilson, Richardson, Paisley, Keltey,D.Mitchell, McClymont, Dougan, Bradley and Murdoch.

Bench; Welsh, Miller, Jones, Beggs, Carnochan.

Stronger team than they had at the weekend. Can see a good few of those players playing first team next season if things don't get better or if there still is a team.
Hearing today that Carnochan was released not sure why he was signed in the first place. Decent player but no the type the reserves should be signing.

Goodwin,Kassim,Ruddick,Cameron,G Parker all sarted on Saturday against Heston.

I watched the game Aginst Heston Kassim best player on the park, he looks like a godd signing for the club.
