Will be going on Saturday, but I hope for more lethal finishing after a couple of ragged performances.
Harper, Glass and Shields all went off with injuries against Alloa, and Phinn will be suspended after his red against Airdrie, making us with a few changes possibly.
If those 3 aren't fit to play, then I would go with:
Gallacher
Woods
Wilson
Bamba
Mccann
Burke
Bell
Williamson
Wiles
Bayne

Really looking forward to this game. Should be a tight contest and i don't really want to predict the score.
Dunfermline have a real goal threat with Andy Kirk, who i think we could struggle to defend against.
We will probably line up:
Roddy
Mc Kay McPake Innes Cave
McPartland Quinn Fox Hamill
Griffiths Cuenca
Just the same team as tonight againt StJohnstone and Callum Elliott could be included on the bench.

Think this will be a tight one. Kirk is looking really good at this level.
1-1, Sparky and Kirk to score.

No it's not. Davidson started last night and I would want him to start on Saturday. I think Cuenca will start on the bench with Quinn up front with Sparky. That gives us a great attacking option on the bench with either Cuenca, Elliot or both able to come on if needs be. I am no fan of Gary Miller but he played a great defensive midfield role when he came on last night, much to my surprise. Another option on the bench. We don't normally have those!!
Livi fans are not normally in a position to forecast any result with great optimism but how can we do otherwise at the moment. Six wins on the trot in all competitions is a better record than any other team in the division. We are the form team so I will predict a win with a one goal winning margin.
Team is going to depend on reactions to last night's hard game. Cuenca pulled up with what looked like a groin strain, no idea on Talbot.
If Cuenca doesn't make it I'd play Quinn up front, if he does I'd swap him and Fox. Either goalie will do.
Happily take a draw from this one.

I actually think he will throw in elliot from the start. He is only on loan until January, and they tried for ages to secure it.
As for Miller playing "a great defensive midfield role" were you at the same game as the rest of us. He constantly gave the ball away and wated about 4 or 5 touches everytime he got it. The only good thing he done was set up the winner, which was anything but defensive.
I think we will line up with the follwing...............
............................Roddy...........................
.....
Mckay.............Mcpake.....Innes................Cave (Talbot if fit)
Quinn............Davidson....Fox.................Mcpartland

Actually looking forward to a pars-livi game for the first time in a long time. Both teams playing quite well at the moment and will hopefully make a change to the games over the last few seasons with both either struggling for survival in the premier or under performing in the first. Should be a tight game but I'll go with us to nick it by the odd goal and bring Livi's winning run to an end

I felt Miller added some very neccessary steel to the midfield at what was a crucial time for us. He is certainly more physical than Fox which added it's own problems as Miller might have added to his one yellow card. I understand your point that he gave the ball away although constantly might be a slight exaggeration. Miller is no Gerrard but he gives us a physical option from the bench and he did a good enough job against St Johnstone when he came on. As I said, used as a sub at the required time.

Can see this having a few goals in it, especially if Kirk and Bayne are on fire and their wee orange boots runs Shields and Wilson ragged all day.

This and the game against Dundee next week will show whether we're with in any shout of challenging for the title this season. I still doubt that we are though.
Probably going to be the tale of two strikers what with Griffiths in excellent form and Kirk also having helped himself to a few. I reckon a 2-2 draw.

Livingston have started the season very well and like ourselves neither were probably expecting to be involved in the title chase, but at this early stage both sides could be serious contenders for the title. I'm expecting a good game however i think that this is a game we need to win to show we are serious contenders for the title. The Airdrie game was frustrating with Airdrie always sitting deep however i expect Livi to be more attacking which will maybe make them more liable to mistakes at the back.
The side i would play against Livingston this weekend...
Gallacher
McCann
Wilson
Shields (if fit)
Woods
Muirhead
Bell
Burke
Wiles
Bayne
Kirk
Starting eleven wise i wouldn't exactly be gutted if Harper misses it as he's not impressed me much in the last few games. I'm not too keen on Williamson either, he's too weak to play first team football and needs to toughen up imo, so i would go with Wiles who impressed me when i came on against Alloa on Tuesday night.
Prediction: Dunfermline 1-1 Livingston

Quite simply, we have to up our game from Tuesday. I'm sure we will but if we play like we did then, Livi will beat us.
Hopefully the Shields and Harper injuries aren't too serious but Phinn being out is a big miss for us. Also unsure how serious Glass' injury will be.
Gallacher
Woods
Wilson
Shields
McCann
Williamson
Burke
Glass (if not fit, Bell- Bell is still short of match fitness)
Muirhead
Bayne
Kirk
Can see Livingston coming and looking to attack; they will certainly feel they can win the game. It'll be close but it'll be a more entertaining Pars Livi game as compared to previous seasons.
Naturally, I'm going to predict a narrow home win, but it'll be very difficult. 2-1 Pars.

We aint got that big a squad that we can afford to rest our top goalscorer, how long does it take to get over playing for 2 hours anyway ffs, lads 18 no 38, should be full of energy at his age, hope he's on the bench if he's not starting.
