We frustrate Dundee on their home patch, holding them to a draw as our defence finally starts to look as strong as it should be. We take the lead through Brian Wake in the first half, Dundee equalising with around 25 left then bombarding us, but we hold out.

Airdrie are finding it hard to get going this season, and I don't expect them to turn that around this weekend.

Livingston 2 - 0 Clyde

I expect Livi to win this comfortably. They've been the best team I've seen so far, Griffiths is a star in the making.

Completely fcuking stupid IMO! I think it is down to us playing in Europe, I may be wrong, I'm sure Skyline would be able to confirm. I feel sorry for the County fans ( ) as they have to come down here mid week but we go up there on a weekend! Don't know how that's worked out, maybe we go up there some time midweek also and I've misread the information.

The European game has been moved to the Tuesday, at the request of the Danes as there are 3 other teams playing in Copenhagen on the Thursday (or is it 2 others?)

We asked Ross County to rearrange this game and they agreed. Its being played the Saturday that original was our home fixture against them, and that game has been rearranged for a midweek in September.

Did you not notice the Dundee game had been moved back to the Saturday?

I'm confused on two things.

Why, first of all Queens can't play Saturday/Tuesday. Every other team on the face of the planet does it. When did three clear days become not enough??

Also why does the midweek game have Queens at home to Ross County. Was this the original fixture?? That would mean Queens started 3 of 4 at home and County 3 of 4 away.

EDIT: Also with the Dundee game that makes 4 of 5 at home. Surely the original fixture to be played this weekend had County at home??

The game is on a Tuesday, although I am not sure why that would be a problem as the OF play on a Saturday and then on a Tuesday in the champions league. That said, very honourable of County offering to postpone the game, if that was the case.

As far as I can see most people have you down for a draw. Now why would that be marking you down as shite? Especially since Partick are on a bit of form themselves and are never easy to beat at Firhill. I don't think that marks you down as shit though.

Agree with qos_75, I don't think it's a case of Saints playing bad I think it's just that Partick looked really good on saturday.

That's a tad pessimistic. Whilst we're not the easiest team to beat at home, I reckon you're team will be fired up for this after the Dunfermline score. We're not the best at taking our chances up front by any stretch of the imagination.

I'd love a score like that though.



If we win, I can't see it being by more than a goal margin. St Johnstone are our bogey team, and we've only beaten them in normal time once in god knows how many years. Whilst our record at Firhill against them was much improved last season, they're always our tough to crack nut.
