I'm in work today doing a bit of overtime and "The Pride of Govan" flute band just walked by on Bath Street............... dry.gif

Why are they still marching? Has no-one told them it is now August?

Think on the bright side it would have given most normal people watching them a right good laugh. rolleyes.gif

I am assuming it's the same one that marched down Victoria Road.

While I would happily give some scathing comments about this, I will just be happy in the knowledge that anyone seeing the accompanying knuckle draggers that march alongside on the pavement will be able to judge those who find these sorts of things "entertaining".

Maybe if they turned left at the shopping centre one day they'd gie us all some peace.

I nearly got caught up in the march at the traffic lights at the junction of Victoria Road/Queens Drive but the polis let us passed just before it reached the junction.

A fair few knucle draggers following, as you say.

I got stuck in the traffic queue behind the one in Wishaw this afternoon. mad.gif

It's all well and good saying that people have a right to march and a right to protest but surely we've come to an era where we simply have to put these things away from main streets, shopping centres and from heavy traffic roadways. Let them march up and down and round and round Strathclyde Park, Glasgow Green and Bellahouston Park. The inconvenience and the expense these mindless minorities cause to the rest of the population is beyond a joke. mad.gif

they have about one a year and they keep it off the main drag (no pun intended)

Oddly enough, I've heard Govan isn't a "proddy area" despite it's proximity to Ibrox. They have Republican marches in Govan and it supposedly is home to large number of tims.
footsoldier101
strange.. especially seein as round sellick park isnt an especially 'celtic minded' area

Run a speeding bulldozer into the fucking lot of the scummy bigots (Republican or Orange).
