Has there ever been any followers of the Jewish faith play in Scotlands senior leagues?

Bonny Ginzburg (goalkeeper) and Avi Cohen (defender) were both Jews who played for Rangers in the 80s/early 90s.
I am sure there have been others too but this is just off the top of my head.
Edited to add: Sebastian Rosenthal was another.

Do you mean natives or folk from Israel or both? Scotland has had a couple of notable Israeli footballers in the recent past.
My mother (Irish Catholic) grew up with a lot of Jewish friends - she worked for clothiers in the Gorbals - and I get the impression from her that in some walks of life Scottish Jews decided not to be ... 'prominent' and sport was one of them.

I guess I meant Israeli nationals. Was Rosenthal Chilean?

Eyal Berkovic spent some time shirking tackles at Celtic so I suppose he'd count.

Didn't the Jews playing from Rangers have to get special permission to play on a Sat it being the Jewish day of rest?

Ex-St Mirren goalkeeper (and ex-manager of Stranraer, Ayr Utd and Stenhousemuir - I think he may be with Cumnock currently?) Campbell Money's first name was Israel - this would perhaps suggest a Jewish background somewhere along the line? Also, possibly Dougie Freedman?

Unfortunate turn of phrase considering the subject matter of Jews!
