I actually still think Rangers could win the league and I think the fact they AREN'T playing European football will probably help them this time around. Celtic are no great shakes either, they should probably win it, but they will have at least six Champions league games, and at worst they will then spill into the UEFA cup I'd think. They are notriously poor when returning from a European game and that might just cost them.
