What a nice lad K3989767 is.

I don't know where I'd put such a prize. It would be a bit embarassing if someone came round and asked what it was.

"Eh I won it in an internet competition I'm involved in"

laugh.gif

Yeah there is that. I showed the trophy to the wife and she was well impressed with it then asked why I won it. She got a sheepish mumbled "Internet fantasy football competition" response too. I had expected a tacky wee pennant or something so all credit to c3po. No disrespect to the competition he runs which is well done and an enjoyable bit of fun but the trophy is really too good for it.

Mine would go on the coffee table. Any excuse to boast about my football knowledge.

My runners up trophy from last year is proudly on display im my room, it really is a great effort put into this competition. smile.gif

I'd forgotten that game was still to come.

I have Paton, Rutkiewicz, Antoine-Curier and Jackson potentially involved (though Jackson hasn't seen action for weeks).

David has Douglas, Hardie and Anotoine-Curier. Hardie is suspended for the game though.

Dockyard Par has Paton, Rutkiewicz and Antoine-Curier.

So unless Jackson appears out of the blue then myself and Dockyard Par will certainly score the same points. Whichever one of us is ahead now will stay ahead.

Antoine-Curier is irrelevant as we all have him. David needs Douglas to do more than Paton and Rutkiewicz which is possible but unlikely. He needs a Dundee clean sheet and for Paton to be booked and not score really. Or for Dundee to score a barrowload which will reflect negatively on Rutkiewicz.

All of which means I'd be reasonably surprised if the order we are in now changes unless David is the one in front AND either Paton or Rutkiewicz score or it finishes 0-0.

Could I win successive Manager of the Month awards?

...........Awaits the outcome with baited breath. cool.gif

I presume there wasn't much in the way of points gathered by any of us apart from A-C's goal which we'll all get credit for. I guess whoever was top this morning, stayed top.

And at the end of all that, despite being knocked off the top spot in the league, David W is November's 'Manager Of The Month' with 138 points, closely followed by Dockyard Par and Skyline Drifter both on 136. Well done David! biggrin.gif

PM me with a postal address so I can get your trophy sent out to you.
Skyline Drifter
Well done David! smile.gif

Having previously stormed into the top 50 I`ve now leapt from 47th= to 46th=. Really on the march now. If only Cameron and McMinibrain of Dundee hadn`t got themselves injured tongue.gif
EdinburghLivi
Well, at least I'm in the top 75...

Finally was able to get my trophy today (not able to arrange a delivery time for a few days!) and it's top notch. I reckon I'll get a photoshoot done with it biggrin.gif

Just quoting this again because I'm fed up having to go back a page for the link to latest scores.

Moved up to 2nd I see but lost ground on Dockyard Par at the top.
EdinburghLivi
I think I should try and finish last...

After weeks of pushing up the league, I've dropped back down another 9 places rolleyes.gif

Last two months have been a disaster for me, I've literally scored single points every week. Gone from the top ten to obscurity. Not even sure why as most of my players don't seem to be doing that badly.
Nizzy
I'm going down faster than Kyle at, well, erm, just down faster than Kyle.

Ditto. I've not even bothered to look at which players are losing me points but past couple of months have a been a disaster likewise.
Lando Griffin
Up to 6th ohmy.gif Am pushing for a CL spot.

Manager of the Month curse strikes again mad.gif

Story of every fantasy football league I've ever done.

Presumably including points from the Morton v Thistle game though the table doesn't include it?

Will there be the opportunity to make some changes in the transfer window?

The fantasy transfer window is after the main one closes in the first week in February as I recall. So that you get the chance to see who is playing where after the real window closes.

Yeah, Dockyard's total includes last night's games. I will update the table on Saturday to reflect those points as well as the games on Saturday.
Skyline Drifter
Good week for all of the top three (possibly mainly because we've all got Weatherson). Big gap appearing between the top three and everyone else. Dockyard Par strating to get away just a little from Diddy and me though.
Kyle
eat my dust, Kevford biggrin.gif

The transfer window can't come quick enough for me.
Mon The Clyde
Clarke and Dobbie got 3 goals between them, good stuff biggrin.gif

Also need to chop a few folk off.

Dockyard has ERIC Paton, though he scored for Dundee too.
