Wonder if Arniston will get their money back if he's then banned by the SFA?

The paper should really know that Spartans are not "one of the country's top junior sides". Back on topic, anything less than a lifetime ban from football in Scotland at all levels will do little to restore my wavering faith in Scottish football's bigwigs.

And Dan Gerrard ain't 36 either - he's 27.

Don't they call this racist "No Brain Wayne"? I'm sure I read that somewhere.

What is strange however is the SFA saying they couldn't do anything about the racist abuse directed at Dan Gerrard because of a lack of evidence, yet that evidence gets a criminal conviction for the racist. A few years ago a referee alleged a serious assault on him by a player - no criminal conviction was secured because of the lack of a witness to verify the allegation, but the SFA were able to give the player a 5 year ban.

Well, I have made a post on the EOSL forum about evidence- I think a summary trial in a Sheriff Court is conducted to a higher standard of examination and organisation than an SFA inquiry.

With out sounding harsh unless the SFA enquire is going to benefit the old firm it will be ignore evidence. They are a shower of usless [email="b@st@rds"]b@st@rds[/email]. Those that said their was not enough evidence should be bombed out if the sheriff court found against them. There is no credability!
