What about that attendance then, eh?

Looks like another entertaining Rangers European journey is under way
I posted on here a year ago about one of my work colleagues not renewing his season ticket*, it was in reply to a wattanacio slagfest by Celtic fans (amongst others) - this was a sign of things to come I contended, some people felt otherwise; after all, the 'Since Walter Signed' league showed how good they were now that PLG had been removed.
Fast forward a year or so and more bears are really remembering how it truly was: 3 OF games or so riding your luck on the fat arse of the flying pig in the Premier League a great team does not make. Rangers, when faced with a genuinely higher quality were found out then.
Why should it be any different now?
ps. Allan McGregor is no Andy Goram btw.
*He stated a year ago that 'all the dew and mist does not detract from the fact that Rangers were abysmal outside Scotland; PLG didn't get humped in Italy and didn't have a fortune to spend'

A clean sheet at home against some top class European opposition, i'm not sure that the Rangers fans can grumble with that. 120 more minutes of backs to the wall stuff and Walter will get his wish of penalties.

According to the Beeb reporters they must have been counting the eyes to even get to that figure.
Can't blame the Hun fans. £20 to watch that shite bore their way to another home 0-0.
I just had a look at the team in the paper today. Nine out of the starting eleven were Scots but Christ they are awful! People slated Rangers for buying a lot of foreign players but at least people like Albertz and van bronkhurts were decent. Charlie Adam for goodness sake!

Don't most Rangers fans only have one eye?
To be fair, we did go 4-4-2 this time.
We don't have a quality winger to beat a player, and we don't have that central midfield player who will create from nothing. I don't know if its a lack of trying, or we just can't get on this "shoestring" budget#.
I've never watched a Rangers team in which I am really not fond of the starting XI players. Out of the XI, I genuinely like Davie Weir, Sasa Papac & Kevin Thomson. The rest I am not too keen on.
# I know we don't actually have a shoestring budget. I think Smith is just scared to sign Davis, he might give people false hope that we might be just a weeee bit exciting.

Yes it was. We comprehensively beat Blackburn and Liverpool, and even though we lost to Stuttgart and Celta Vigo, we did what was required to get through. The Celta Vigo game was a real turning point for our club.
Boavista was as we expected. They are what the huns modelled themselves on last season after all.

The only big game that the Huns will have in May is their final day push for third spot.

Yeah, what you need is a professional club to organise the sale of tickets to Rangers fans.
Maybe Falkirk can take on responsibility for your euro sales as well, as Martin Bain and co have clearly proven to be completely and utterly incapable of doing it properly.
As Martin so rightly says, in this day and age the Rangers fans deserve better.

The queue's at the two ticket offices were unbelievable and those who hung around only did so because they had paid up front
Many people said fukkit and went away again

I believe that after the horrendous fixture congestion that cost them the league at the end of last season, Rangers decided not to suffer the same problems this time round and look to go out in the away leg.
