Allan Walker by a country mile

Allan Walker by a country mile

He said best in the division, not at Raith.
I do think Allan will be one of the best midfielder's this season, but it's far too early to say that. We've not even had a competitive game!
Chris Aitken or Ryan Stevenson I'd have to say.

Jeez that's bias for you
I do agree that Ryan Stevenson is class, should be playing at a higher level. Didn't see too much of Chris Aitken so i can't really say too much. Charlie King is another example.

Dougie Wilson would get in a 2nd division XI.
Jamie Stevenson will be one of if not the best midfielder in the league at least until the end of December.

Based on what I've seen, I know who I'd pick if it came to a straight choice between the two and it certainly wouldn't be Superned!

Whats the difference between a normal mile and a country mile?

Ayr's midfield looks the strongest as a unit. Don't know who the best indivisdual is though.

He looked a decent player (when Dazza played him) when we were in the 1st Division.
For Rovers...hmmm.....pass. Kevin Byers is decent enough at football (another ex-Rover). God has obviously given him that talent to make up for his extreme ugliness.
Dougie Wilson isn't a bad shout, among the various other names mentioned.
I had high hopes of Lloyd Young at one stage, and couldn't work out why he didn't do better for Raith.

Surely Ryan Stevenson or Chris Aitken.

For us, Allan Walker. Looking at the wider picture, Stevenson and Aitken at Ayr.
