If it was possible each uk country should have it's own separate Olympic
committee there by each nation could qualify for the summer olympics
football tournament.

Fifa are despearate to get rid of the four seperate countries now anyway. Why give them any reason to move along that route.

Did Scotland not quailfy for a couple of Olympics through the U-21 championships? (92 & 96) They did not go because they would have to play under UK & the SFA would not allow that.

If Scotland was to send it's own Olympic team for all sports then no problem. But not under a UK banner.

your right Steve Mcqueen, they qualified for the 96 olympics, but couldnt go. If i remember right it was the czechs that went instead of us and got a medal too.

We desperately need a Scotland team at the Olympics.Not just fitba but any sport where we can compete.
This is the only reason i'm sitting stuffing my fat face whilst on the internet.If we had a Scottish Olympic squad I might have took more of an interest in sport and less in Buckfast.
